Human King

Chapter 216: Moris

While Dawn and the other goblins were running across the forest to reach their destination, the location of the fortress where Moris was sent to destroy, in that very location, something amusing was happening.

Moris who was getting shredded to death by Rabi was somehow standing right now on the ground as he looked at his surroundings.

His surroundings were...a total mess. They were a total mess and that was not all as the forest was even burning.

Right, the tall trees of the forest were burning, and the ground around Moris was all devastated up to the point that there were holes that one can fall into for 10 seconds, and only then would one hit the ground.

However, it was not only that as the trees around him were completely gone as they were all uprooted from the ground and the traces of battle could be seen all over the place.

Combined with the forest in the far distance burning, this place was just a total mess that even Moris didn't expect to find since he was being shredded to deaths.

And that was only normal. After all, this situation only came to be when Moris was getting shredded to death.

And this is how it happened...

"KUHHH!! I will not give it to you, bastardous bastard!!!" Moris shouted out loud as he tried to get out of Rabi's hold.

As Rabi was the powerful one out of the three legendary hyenas, it was clear as day that Moris...wasn't one who could give him a run for his money, and Moris knew that very well, but even then, Moris didn't care as he just tried to go for it.

After all, nothing would happen if he didn't do anything at all, and he would only be able to see success if he did try.

Of course, there was the chance of failure happening, but it was more than worth it to try and get out of Rabi's hold for Moris in this situation where he was getting shredded to death by Rabi's hold.

However, it was just as expected that Moris wasn't able to get out of Rabi's hand and that was only to be expected.

"Kuhahaha!! You will die by my hand today no matter what so just give it up and let me enjoy your screams!!!!" Rabi shouted out loud as the tree that they were standing on broke and both of them fell to the ground.

Thud!! The sound of Moris' body hitting the ground resounded out, but it was not only that as the branch of the tree that broke also fell to the ground and the sound and impact of it resounded out in this place as well.

Of course, Moris and Rabi were still fine in this situation even though they just fell from a rather high place.

No...it would be more correct to say that the only one alright in this situation was Rabi as Rabi...continued to smash Moris' head right against the ground as if it didn't matter to him that they fell at all.

"Kuhahahaha!! Try running away from me now, will you!?!?" Rabi said as his face twisted so much from the pleasure that he could feel from dominating Moris like this.

Rabi knew that Moris was a strong goblin even if he came from the weak clan among the other great clans.

It was pretty much obvious since Rabi's senses have already told him that Moris was quite strong despite his clan.

And that was why Rabi was getting excited about all this stuff. It was a strong monster that he was facing against, yet the strong monster could only try to get away from him!

How exciting is this scene!? Although Rabi looked down on Moris when he first met him and is still looking down on him right now, it was still pleasurable for him to smack down a strong opponent just like how he steps on the ants that cannot do anything to him at all when he steps on them.

And it seems that Moris was feeling the pressure and the effect of his head being smashed into the ground like paste meat as his head was literally bleeding rivers right now.

However, that was not all as even some of his brain matter got out of his head and his skull that was getting broken by the minute was sticking out and stuck on his brain matter, which is the reason why his brain matter was leaking somehow.

And this sight was really...exciting for Rabi as he saw those blood, brain matter, and bones be broken all at once as his grip on Moris' head start to get stronger.

"Kuhahahaha!!! This is why I went here! Although I expected that the intruders to be more powerful than this, a prey like you who can't do anything but squeal is also enjoyable!!! I'll have my fun with you right until you die!!!" Rabi said as his face twisted so much that he didn't even look like a monster.

He looked like a...natural disaster. Although it was a rough comparison to a natural disaster, that was how Moris truly felt as he looked at Rabi's eyes as he gave him a sidelong glance.

Of course, he gave him a sidelong glance because Moris was thinking of how he would escape from this situation as this situation was really, really bad for him and the goblins.

The goblins and the king of the goblins sent him to this place, thinking that he would be able to wipe out the fortresses, which would then mean for the enemies that they wouldn't have any reinforcements at all or whatsoever.

However, since Moris was not able to destroy the fortresses, that means that the enemies still got reinforcements and those reinforcements could go anytime and attack the goblins that were attacking the center of the southeast of the forest and jeopardize the whole war just with that.

After all, the goblins were fighting the enemies knowing that they would have no reinforcements at all and were probably complacent about it since Moris was the one who was sent here to destroy the fortress.

However, now that Moris was not able to destroy any fortress at all and was getting held down by Rabi, that kind of thinking would definitely be dangerous, which is why Moris was trying to escape from Rabi aside from the fact that Moris' life was also in danger.

Coincidentally, while Moris' head was bursting out with injuries, Moris' Presence was quickly healing it all up to prevent Moris from dying at all.

After all, if Moris didn't heal those injuries up, Moris would have been dead a long time ago.

However, Moris could even feel that his Presence was starting to grow a little bit weaker as Moris' strength was starting to diminish.

His control was going out of control, and his senses were getting blurry as he tried to get out of Rabi's hold, but only to meet no success.

And while this was happening to him, Moris had just a single thought as he struggled with all of this happening to him.

And that single thought was...'My king...please run!'

Right, it was about Dawn, who was in the center of the southeast of the forest, a place that Moris had no idea about at all.

Moris was pretty sure that the place was now manifested with monsters since Rabi himself said that the enemies were prepared with the intruders' attack or something like that.

What's more, since Rabi, a powerful guy that could play Moris around like this, was here in this place, it only means that the forces that the enemies had on the center of the southeast of the forest are pretty strong and enough to eradicate all of the goblins.

Well, Moris was already well aware that the enemies' numbers alone would be able to finish off the goblins.

However, just the fact that the enemies knew and prepared for the goblins means disaster in all fields.

After all, that means that the surprise factor that they were going to rely on was now gone and that they would have to fight against the enemies head-on without any gimmick and Moris knew very well that it would be hard to win.

No, Moris was sure that it was more than hard as it would be literally impossible to win in that situation.

After all, who could possibly win against thousands of monsters with just 50 or so goblins by his side?

Even though Dawn was crazily strong and was the king of the goblins, it was still unrealistic for Moris to think that Dawn would be able to fight against thousands of monsters with just 50 or so goblins by his side.

And that was why...Moris was getting anxious and depressed about this situation.

Of course, that didn't mean that Moris stopped struggling. In fact, it was because Moris was getting depressed that he started to struggle fiercer.

After all, it was because his king...was in danger.

"My king!!!!" Moris shouted out loud as he willed for his Presence to cover his entire body.
