A Dragon That My Cat Brought Home

Chapter 20: Blue Dragon, Awakening (1)

The man, K., raised his thick neckline to just below his eyes. He threw away the hooded padding he had worn last time that evening. He stole it, but his favorite clothes were a waste.

The park was closed. K. clenched his teeth in anger. He was a favorite hunting ground. This bastard's world won't let him do what he likes anyway. unequal

He licked his lips as he recalled the tension of hiding for his prey, the excitement of smashing, knocking, and slamming his target.

He couldn't scold the kid who was saved by the dog before he bashed his head in. But the taste of beating a dog by desperately protecting its master wasn't bad either. He licked his lips again.

He also started by harassing butterflies and dragonflies. After that, he beat or kills chicks, puppies or cats, etc., and later on, assaulting animals was not enough, and he began to target people.

The first thing he targeted at was an old man who picked up  garbage at dawn. He lurked in the alley and jumped him, and when he couldn’t get back up, he beat him multiple times with his club. His heart was pounding, his hands were shaking, and there was a sense of exhilaration he had never felt before.

The old man was taken to the hospital and the police were investigating, but was not caught. K was proud of his bravery and cleverness. He was sad that the world didn’t recognize him for that.

Once he succeeded, he gained confidence. He only wandered far from his residence, looking for the next hunting ground. K thought he used intelligence well, but no one else thought that he was smart. They really are blind.

He picked the park for his second attack. There were few people at night and there was a grove of trees that was perfect for hiding.

There was an old man who came out to exercise alone, so it was a relief. He quarreled with a witness, but he escaped unharmed before the police arrived. For several days after that, he didn't even come near the park.

He decided to visit the town just once, but he liked the park for some reason, and after a while he went again at night. He thought there wasn't even a single person, but he heard a muffled voice from somewhere. He hid behind a grove of trees. He thought maybe he could do another attack, so he pulled out the pipe he had hidden under his clothes.

Damn, two people. Besides, one was a young man. He has a slender sissy beside him, joking around the fountain and passing the promenade. As he passed under a street lamp near the tree where he was hiding, he saw that both were neat. The hand holding the pipe twitched, but hesitating because it was two people, the man and woman ran out of the park. Shit! I messed up because of that guy. Next time I see you, I let you leave like this.

He's been wandering around the area for several days. Then he was upset that he lost his pipe, but he got wood plank instead. But when the sun goes down, no one comes to the park. I guess I'll have to go to another town. On one last visit, I saw a young girl with a dog. It's a little early, but it's ok. We need to finish this quickly and run away.

The child was unhurt but the dog that he thought was going to die, was said to have lived. The park was closed and patrols were intensified, making it impossible to get close. Why is everyone taking something from me? He thought it wasn’t fair.

He watched from afar the building containing the veterinary clinic where the dogs were. There were days when only the veterinary hospital was left on until late. When the lights go out, the woman comes down alone and goes to the parking lot. I will do one more attack here and move to another town. I also bought a new iron pipe.

“Blue Dragon, stop it! ey!"

“Piro-pi-ro-long!”

“Nyaaong, Kyaong!”

In the room, there was not a bloody battle of a dragon and tiger, but a water fight.

Like most cats, Baek-ho hate water. Even when the blue dragon is playing in the water, he tries to avoid even a drop of water from coming into contact with the body. When the kittens were still young, when I gave them a bath, they were ignorant and just took it, but after a little while, when I thought of giving them a bath, they would hide away from me, as if reading my mind.

Cats are actually animals that don't need frequent bathing. When I was young, I was not good at taking care of myself, so there were times when people had to bathe me. You may think that wiping your body with saliva is dirty, but unless you have an oral disease, your cat's saliva is clean and odorless.

In the case of long-haired breeds with long hair, it may be difficult to clean the skin only by grooming, so a bath may be necessary.

Baek-ho is a good cat that cuts his claws, brushes well, and is good at everything, but he hates only taking baths. So, I do bathe Baek-ho once every six months as an almost annual event, but the only time in my life that a white tiger has come close to the water of his own will is the day his little one ran out into the rain to pick up a blue dragon.

Blue Dragon now enters and exits his pool and runs to Baek-ho and loves to play the game of shaking off water next to him. The inner coat of the blue dragon does not get wet even when it enters the water, but the outer coat becomes moist and water droplets form, which is then sprayed on the white tiger. Baek-ho is disgusted and avoids it, but Blue dragon chases after him sprays it. If there is no more splashing water, he plunges into the pool, and runs back to Baek-ho. As I try to dry him, water drops are also splashing on me. Gosh! Catpuberty has come that troublemaker is going to get a spanking.

“Pyyow!”

I knew this would happen. Unbearable, Baek-ho eventually slapped him on the bridge of his nose and bit the back of his neck once. The blue dragon ran to me crying. You’re the one who did it first!

“Now, both of you stop. Let's go to the hospital."

If there is one thing Baek-ho hates besides water, it is going out. Cats are territorial animals, so they don't like to leave their territory, but Baek-ho tends be annoyed rather than hate going out. When I go to the hospital, my hometown, or my sister's house, it’s fine, but once I take out the moving cage, he doesn’t like it. Maybe he hates moving.

Anyway, our Baek-ho doesn't go out even with the door open, but it turns out that he did two things he didn't like the day he picked up the blue dragon.

Baek-ho was all vaccinated when he was young and after that he only needs to get a booster dose once a year, today is the day he gets that booster dose. I couldn't leave the blue dragon alone at home, so I decided to take it with me.

He tied two mobile boxes to his bicycle and headed to his sister's hospital. It was a rainy day, so the road was wet. Because of the blue dragon, it is difficult to use public transportation, and the days are dark as employees go to the hospital after work. I would have to earn a lot of money to buy a used car, but the reality is that the monthly rent is too high.

While Baek-ho was vaccinated and had a simple check-up, Blue Dragon met Sky booed and squealed while looking at Ray in the hospital room. Ray was also happy to hear that even in the hospital room, there was a happy sound. I'm glad you seem to be recovering well.

“Sister, always be careful when you leave work this late.”

“Yeah, I bought a taser and have it with me.”

My older sister showed me the new stunner. I was a little reassured. As an older sister who often leaves the hospital alone to look after patients and leaves work late, both my parents and brother-in-law are worried a lot.

After the treatment, Baek-ho and the Blue dragon were put back into the mobile cage. I locked the hospital door and went out with my sister towards the entrance of the building.

“Oh, Myung-hoon. I have to go up to the hospital for a while and come back.”

"Why?"

“I have documents that I have to pay to the kindergarten, and I brought them to the hospital today to fill out. I have to send it off when I go to school tomorrow, but there is a parking lot. I will come soon.”

"Okay."

After sunset, there are few people in this town. Probably because the assailant hasn't been caught yet. The sleet started pouring down again.

I was unlocking my bike when I heard rushing footsteps behind her. As I was about to turn around, a sharp pain erupted in the back of my head.

Flying in front of me, my cheekbones slammed against the frame of the bike, and lightning flashed in front of me. As I turned around, I saw a man holding an iron pipe. II reflexively lowered her body and pulled the man's leg… Ugh! My body couldn't move properly because of the pain in the back of my head.

As the man kicked me and raised the iron pipe again, a gray shadow flew in and blocked in front of me. Kyao!

A small blue form followed. Haya!

“Get out of the way, it’s dangerous!”

I threw myself to cover the blue dragon and the white tiger, but I was one step late. The man swung an iron pipe at my cats.

Huh?

I managed to block Baek-ho, but Blue dragon…

Flew up. In the air.
