Entering the portal, everyone found themselves on a large floating Island with a medium-sized Castle in front of them. Seraphim looked at the two of them and said, "We'll be depending on you now." Snow Dew then asked, "Big Brother Seraphim, do you know anything about the Boss?"

Seraphim replied, "All I know that he doesn't have many specialties except for defending himself with the wings. So, he's a very tough boss. Since the normal dungeon has an Elite Boss, it'll be either an Elite boss or if our luck is worst, then a Heroic Boss will appear. Let's go. We don't have much time. I'll tell the rest of the way."

While the five hired players wondered what's the meaning of they lack time, Seraphim led everyone into the castle. As they entered the Sky Castle, they found several common mobs like the ones they found outside but each one was level 54-56 but to a level-72 player like Flame Emperor, 51, 52, 55, etc… all look the same.

He roared and started flying, tanking all the mobs he sees while the rest of the nine bombarded them with all kinds of attacks. Clearing the entrance hall within 15 minutes, they started to proceed through the passage that was connected to the next room while Seraphim is explaining about the boss.

"The boss isn't a half-human and with eagle head like these mobs. His normal form is a complete human but will be transformed into Giant Eagle. The transformation will depend on the boss's grade. The elite boss will change at 10% and Heroic will change at 30%. Not sure about Legendary.

During the Human transformation, he attacks with an ax and defends himself with the wings. After transforming into a Monster, his abilities will increase by at least 100%. In that form, it has four abilities. One is to sweep everyone with its wings. The second is attacking a single player with its claws. Third is defending itself with wings. It has 100% DR at that time, so, it's a waste of using Skills unless you have a skill that ignores defense.

Since Pierce can only ignore a certain amount of defense, it won't work even if you have 100%, since it only reduces defense, not damage reduction. The last one is attacking everyone with a Fire attack from its mouth. I heard that there will be pillars where we can hide for that specific attack. That's all I know."

After hearing him, Flame Emperor commented, "It seems you were well informed about this dungeon, kid." Seraphim smiled, "well, we had to pay more than 100,000 Credits for the information." Hearing the amount, several players in the group gasped except Flame Emperor and Williard, who were calm whereas Snow Dew turned her head towards Williard and asked innocently, "is that high?"

Seeing her response, everyone instantly thought, "Is she rich or a dense girl?" Williard replied calmly, "Just think of it as 70 Silvers."

"Oh, I see. But that's not much, is it?" as Snow Dew replied, the five of them almost coughed out blood while thinking, "this damn rich girl…" Seraphim then, bitterly smiled, "we're college students and live on our own. I can't afford that kind of an amount alone. Even for that, we shared that cost between the five of us. Anyway, we're here…" "****"

Seraphim cursed out as soon as he saw that they didn't end up at the Boss room but a room with four Level-56 Elite Bosses. "Guys since we're facing Elite Bosses, which means the final boss is Heroic."

Flame Emperor immediately used roar skill and attracted their aggro forcefully. Because of him, it became very easier to kill all four of them in half n hour while he lost about a third of his HP which was soon filled to the maximum with Healers and Drake's help who is a Palladin. Then, Snow Dew suggested, "Should we rest for a while so that everyone's skills' cooldown time is over?"

After resting for 10 minutes more, they started walking through the long passage that led them to the throne room. As stepped inside, they saw a man with large red wings and a crown on his head, sitting on a throne. Williard inspected the Boss.

Jatayu (Heroic)

Level: 58

HP: 2,500,000

Description: Jatayu, the ruler of the Sky castle and the king of Eagles.

Looking at his HP, as Snow Dew mumbled, "Doesn't look like much," Jatayu looked at the players and growled while picking up the ax, "immortal adventurers, how dare you invade my kingdom and kill my generals. I won't spare any of you."

As he jumped high and brandished his ax towards Snow Dew, who was standing forefront of the group, Flame Emperor who has have little more than 100,000 HP and 8,000 Defense, blocked the ax with the shield and found nearly, 10% of his HP was cut off from the attack. Looking at the high damage, even Williard gulped while thinking, "I can't get hit by it. Even with 22K HP, it only needs two hits to finish me off. Not to mention, his transformation, there's also berserk state. He only needs one hit to kill everyone around here. Are all Racial dungeon bosses this powerful?"

As Flame Emperor roared and pushed it off with his shield a few steps back and raised his Axe and Shield, Seraphim spoke, "Black Hole, Drake, you two solely focus on healing Flame Emperor, Reed, you focus on everyone, Metatron, Time Traveler, you two Archers, take each a safe spot behind one of those pillars and shoot from there. It'll be easy for an Archer to shoot staying in one place.

Dragon King, you are with me, just focus on combos and try to cooperate with me and lastly, Notebook and Snow Dew, your two classes, Assassin and Gunner don't need cooperation aside from a tank. Just attack however you want. Remember everyone, no attacking the eyes. Now, let's finish this quickly, guys."

Everyone followed Seraphim's orders and started attacking the boss while Flame Emperor tanking it thoroughly. Williard pulled out one of the arrow sets from the inventory and started to practice shooting on the Boss from 25m distance. At first, in the first set, almost half of them are missed making Metatron frown and was told by her to go closer and shoot if his accuracy is lacking.

But Williard didn't listen to her and keep shooting the arrows at that range. Then, slowly his arrows began to hit Jatayu's chest, head, legs, etc… improving his accuracy at 25m range, although his damage was only a little more than 100, and that too because of his Pierce stat, which ignores 15.7% of its 2500 defense.

Slowly, as time passed, Jatayu's HP began to deplete to 1800000, 1500000, 1000000, 800000, 700000, 650000, 610000... As it decreased almost to 30%, Seraphim shouted, "Everyone, immediately run and hide behind the pillars. It'll start with flame skill. Black Hole, Drake, and Reed focus on Flame Emperor."

As it reached 30%, Jatayu roared, "I had enough of you pests." And he transformed into a Giant red-colored Eagle.

Jatayu (Original form)

HP: 600,000/2,000,000

Description: The ruler of the Skies. All attacks increased by 100%.

Jatayu screeched loudly and breathed out Fire from its mouth towards everyone, intending to destroy the whole room. Meanwhile, as the fire stopped, Williard saw Flame Emperor standing there without losing a single HP. As Seraphim looked at him in admiration and spoke, "there it is Level 70 Guardian skill, "Invincibility." Upon reaching the maximum level, one becomes invincible for 10 seconds. He's really awesome, isn't he?" Everyone around can't help but nod on his comment.
