"I see. It seems that the world of Vedas is filled with wonders I would like to see and visit… Tell me, Vayu, do you know anything else about the other Draconic Fathers? Have they been sent into Dungeons?" asked Noah.

"Hmm… Sadly, I have no idea, my lord. It hadn't happened to anyone before me… But according to what Pride told me that you told him about, it seems that Agni has come to this world as well and was already defeated, right? Then perhaps this could open the possibility for more of us to have been sent into this world within Dungeons… But your city has already been cleared of Gates, it wouldn't be a bad idea to look for more Gates," said Vayu.

"More Gates… Hm, this gives me the incentive to go conquer more Sectors…" said Noah with a mischievous smile. He seemed to be willing to conquer even more! With his powerful Blood Mist, he could easily turn an entire city into his loyal servants! Why not the entire world then?

Although the Watchers were slowly approaching, there was still time for many things yet to come! And this wasn't going to end any time soon!

However, Noah needed to be faster, or he would be caught while the world was already ending!

He needed to grab all the power he could get, and this included, rather obviously, conquering the world, and get all these people to become his loyal subordinates to worship him more and more as a good, so he could gain more power from them.

He quickly sent back Vayu with pride by the spell he had developed, which was Unsummon Kin, which sent someone he had summoned to his previous location. It was hard to conjure a spell that spent a lot of Mana, but now that Noah's comprehension of magic had become so good, he was able to utilize the runes used for Skills conjuration to make spells out of them… albeit this was still rather hard.

This way, Noah was also grasping some understanding over the inner workarounds that the Spatial Attribute Magic possessed, but this was but a mere spell that reversed the effect of a Skill, he still had yet to learn about space magic, which he didn't know if he had any affinity or not.

But… so what? With the System, just as the Blood Progenitor had said, he would be able to get any magic affinity by learning Skills! So he simply needed to get space-related skills… Though such skills might be incredibly rare, Noah could dream.

This logic could be applied to how he acquired the ability to summon winds and storms even without having the magic affinity.

Noah simply needed to continue acquiring more and more skills through devouring monsters.

However, there was also the case of acquiring them through Ability Cores.

Unlike devouring monsters, where he could get Skills only from monsters below his Rank, with Ability Cores… wouldn't be able to get any Skill he wanted?

Well, not really, it was all random, but if he simply accumulated hundreds, couldn't it be possible to get a variety of random skills, and amongst them, could there be the ones he could develop?

Sadly, this didn't seem to be possible anymore…

Noah had tried it just now, as he was within his hall, many Ability Cores of many Grades were before him, and he had tried to absorb them… but they could only turn into very little amounts of Lifeblood Points, and no Skills!

"Why?!" thought Noah in anger, he felt frustrated, but there seemed to be something that didn't let him assimilate Ability Cores of lower Grade than him now, unlike he believed!

The Blood Progenitor emerged at his side to give him a brief explanation, although he had not told him before because he was not completely sure, it seemed that it was just as he had thought.

"It is just as I thought. Sorry for not telling you before, but I was also curious to see if my hypothesis was true…" sighed the Blood Progenitor.

"Hypothesis?" asked Noah, his anger quickly flew away from his mind, as he became calm once more. He wasn't a man of bad temper, as he often never maintained anger over something for too long. Noah often preferred to be cold-headed as much as possible. So he suppressed his own emotions at times.

"The hypothesis that you cannot acquire Skills from Ability Cores below your Realm… It is the same rule for things you devour or assimilate their bloodlines. After evolving into a Vampire King, your body evolved as well and the System changed permanently, becoming part of you. You are essentially now fairly different than before. Your entire existence has become "above" the grades below you, and it rejects their energy influx, the same way you cannot gain power from low-grade Attribute Value Cores… But you can still use this "waste energy" and make them into Lifeblood Points, although you need thousands for a few dozen points," said the Blood Progenitor.

"Hmph. So I can only get things from my grade or below my grade by one realm?" asked Noah.

"More or less, the explanation I gave you should be enough, but you don't seem to be able to get abilities of low grade anymore. As I told you, they end up becoming waste energy which s assimilated into the creation of lifeblood points," said the Blood Progenitor.

Noah sighed a bit but decided to see things positively.

"Well, and the Ability Cores that the wyverns dropped only give the same skills I got, so they're virtually more Lifeblood Points at the end, right?" asked Noah.

"Indeed. You can get Skills from devouring them and turn the Ability Cores and Attribute Value Cores into Lifeblood Points," said the Blood Progenitor.

"Hm. Well, it is what it is. It is better to have cleared this up quickly… Now, let's gather some Lifeblood Points, I want to enhance my Lifeblood Jewel," said Noah.
