Sputnik jewelry store, a little old story.

It was a guest who had already 'met' with Sputnik who rang the doorbell of the jewellery store near noon.

"Um, uh"

Crewe, the employee who gave the customer's order, rushes up to Sputnik at the counter. You're uplifting your cheeks even though it's not that far away, I'm sure it's because of the tension.

Sputnik didn't have to listen to her, he offered her one elongated little box he had prepared.

"This is what I kept from Elsa."

"Uh, uh, yes"

"What were you going to do with the item before you gave it to the customer?

"I'll make sure the contents are correct."

Cheerful reply, very fine.

The crew I received, as I previewed yesterday, opened the lid and checked inside. Seeing that the blue sapphire necklace is fitted correctly there, he grabs the box and goes back to the customer.

"Um, uh, Mr. Elsa, this is it."

And he gave the box momentum to the waiting guest - the neighbor's familiar face.

- It's been awhile since the two of them gained the right to settle in Liafiat City and set up a shop in Liafiat. Sputnik himself, in the city, was quite familiar with his face, when he became accustomed to working in a base. Sputnik was also concerned about how income would change by settling in, but when I actually opened the lid, the book figures are not so bad, but rather a black spot persists. I'm sure it's thanks to some of my old customers who went out of their way to visit the store for rarity, and to request some expensive ornaments instead of a celebration.

And. While this good economy continued to spare, Sputnik decided to remind her of customer service by herself, in an effort to get Krew, an employee, to grow as well.

The bench is Elsa, a guest who is currently talking to Crewe. A waitress at a coffee shop in the neighborhood. The other day, when I came to request the repair of the damaged necklace, I asked her to practice her customer service because I would undertake the repair at a discounted rate, and she accepted with pleasure.

"Thanks"

Elsa received opens the lid and when she takes out the necklace, turns the top over and looks at where she requested the repair. "Yeah, it's fixed," he nodded satisfied when he made sure the metal part that was bent when he brought it in was now in the right position.

And give Sputnik a look. But he didn't say anything, he pointed at Crewe with his hand. This is a gesture that I won't do anything about it.

Elsa smiles bitterly and then turns back to Crewe. She watched Pokan and Elsa, but breathed like she had returned to me when her eyes met. And

"Um, uh, check the contents."

One beat, slow.

But Elsa was not angry or frightened of the poorly made clerk. Show a flowery smile for a desperate looking crew.

"I'm fine. It's definitely the necklace I asked you to fix. Thanks to you, it's beautifully fixed. Thank you."

"Oh, uh, what's happening?"

And in reply to thank you.

But why not? Krew stayed still. Then when I tie my lips sadly and softly, the flowers will lean to shrivel.

He tried to make sense of Crewe's tricks, and Elsa said, "What's wrong? I said," So I saw Sputnik. But he, like Elsa, can only tilt his neck. Hi, I know you're lost in something, but was there anything confusing about it?

Elsa seems worried, waiting for Crewe. Eventually, the bent crew grips his apron tightly and answers it as a bump.

"Hey, I fixed it, not me, that's why."

- As far as it goes.

Hearing that, Sputnik finally got a point too. Perhaps Elsa also. Crewe apparently thinks it's not himself who should be thanked, but the store owner who did the repairs.

Damn, and Sputnik sighed. This is serious in a weird way. I can also say that it is not accommodating. So each time, I have to explain to him that it's wrong - just. Sputnik has quite a bit of experience as a professional and a social person, but as an educator, half a serving, or in the first place, is not suitable for his personality. I put my arms together and frowned and roared at how I corrected that thought. Let me tell you something, and she'll understand.

and. At that time, heh, I heard voices. When I look up and see it, Elsa is smiling joyfully. Elsa glanced slightly at Sputnik on the side and sat down on the spot, looking up at the leaning crew from the bottom.

"Crewe, don't you know the word 'kung fu'"

Probably wouldn't know. As expected, Crewe blinked, puffing.

"Grandpa?"

"Yes. I mean 'unrepresentative, hard work on the inside'. Mr. Sputnik can work safely because Krew is healthy and helps the store well. That's why Mr. Sputnik wasn't the only credit for fixing this beautifully. So, thank you, too, Crewe."

And looking at Elsa stroking Crewe's head, you're good, and Sputnik was honestly impressed. If I were you, I wouldn't have told him so easily. Evidence suggests that Krew's cloudy expression gets brighter.

Eventually Krew looked up and saw Sputnik with a happy face. Like I said something, but I can't really describe the lack of vocabulary, and I just say a word to her that moves my mouth. "That's what I'm talking about." Then Crewe cheered, hey, hey.

And again, turn to Elsa. And well, I replied.

With a full smile, I look sincerely happy.

"You're welcome!"

- The preferred payment method for the customer (Elsa) is a lump sum payment in cash. When Crewe offered her a cash plate (carton), she put the price on top of it. The received crew brings it straight to Sputnik.

Upon confirmation that it matched the invoiced amount without change, Sputnik put the cash in the register counter and returned it instead with a single sheet of paper on it - the 'receipt'.

When Crewe receives it with a full grin, he returns to Elsa. The look, the trick, the color of nervousness is gone.

And as she gave Elsa her receipt, she made it clear, with her bounced voice, that she had told her.

"If it breaks again, if it's within ten days of delivery, uh, free, I'll fix it. Thank you for using Sputnik Jewelry Store this time!

The text I memorized so hard last night was passed on to the customer as nothing short of content, although the expression was slightly different from what Sputnik taught.

Elsa smiles satisfactorily, and winks here. Sputnik nodded and laughed back with his elbow on the counter. - And the point is, I can do it nicely.
