The Evil God of Hogwarts

Chapter 258 Burrow

Outside the car window, rows of houses are seen one after another. This is Liverpool, one of the most prosperous port cities in Britain.

Xing Ze thought about why he came here. There were about ten days before the start of Hogwarts, and his summer home visit was going so-so.

Some parents were deeply disgusted by his arrival and even chased him away with pets, but the vast majority of parents still felt lost and confused. After some prevarication and perfunctory, Xing Ze would find an excuse to leave.

Usually he is pressed for time and has to rush to the next store. At this time, the sleepy parents feel like they have received a shot of adrenaline and suddenly become energetic.

They would cover up the joy on their faces with sheer regret and indignation towards the child, and then send Xing Ze out with a polite farewell.

Only a few families were full of joy at Xing Ze's arrival, and among them was the Weasley family. Ron Weasley predictably failed this class.

But given that he had been messing around with Harry Potter almost the entire semester, Xing Ze would be surprised if he passed the exam.

As for Harry, he just barely passed the passing mark. Otherwise, Xing Ze would most likely visit the Dursleys, although that would be of no use at all.

The Weasley family's Burrow opened Xing Ze's eyes, and he finally understood what it means to be orderly in chaos. It was tea time when he arrived, and he saw a strange building with white smoke floating in the distance.

On one side of the Burrow is a pumpkin patch, where many magic pumpkins and magic potatoes are grown. On the other side was a flowerbed, planted with many flowers that he couldn't name, but most of them were blocked by weeds.

But among the weeds, he saw a little red-haired man.

"Ginny?" Xing Ze called tentatively.

The little man raised his head in confusion, blinked his big eyes after seeing the person coming and asked, "Who are you?"

"Are your parents at home? I'm a teacher at Hogwarts and I'm here to visit."

"Oh, please wait a moment." The girl clapped her hands on her gardener's apron and climbed in through a window on the first floor.

"Ginny!" Mrs. Weasley's voice shouted immediately, "I told you, don't climb through the window."

"Mom, we have guests."

"Is there a guest? Who is it?" Footsteps sounded from behind the door. Xing Ze also heard the voices of George and Fred.

"We have guests, George, come quickly."

"I bet it's a salesman."

The wooden door opened with a creak, and Mrs. Weasley stood at the door. She almost blocked most of the door, not because of her plump figure, but because the wooden door at the end was really small. People who don't know may think this is a back door.

"Oh, sir, we don't need..."

Before Mrs. Weasley could speak, Ginny interrupted: "He is a teacher at Hogwarts."

The girl poked her head out from behind her mother and looked at Xing Ze. Her words aroused the interest of the twins, and the two boys quickened their pace and came to the door.

"Teacher?" Mrs. Weasley was still thinking about Ginny's words.

"Yes, ma'am." Xing Ze smiled, "I am the teacher of Muggle Studies, here to do..."

His words were interrupted again, and George and Fred shouted at the same time: "Merlin, it's you, sir. Come in quickly. Mother, let our teacher come in quickly."

Mrs. Weasley glanced at the twins in disbelief, then quickly moved away, nodded to Xing Ze and said: "Oh, it's really you, Mr. Xing Ze, am I not dreaming? Hurry, go and call "Your father comes down and asks him to stop taking a nap."

This sudden enthusiasm made Xing Ze a little overwhelmed. While he was still hesitating, the twins had already pulled him into the house.

They arrived at the dining room within a few steps of entering. Next to a clean wooden table was the kitchen. There was a kettle blowing out on the stove and a sizzling cast iron pot.

Xing Ze couldn't see clearly what was in the pot because he was pulled to a chair by the twins, but judging from the smell wafting from it, it should be bacon and fried eggs.

Mrs. Weasley smiled from ear to ear since she learned his name. As she urged George and Fred to wake up their father, she asked: "Have you had lunch, Mr. Xingze?"

"There's no need to be so polite, madam, just call me Xing Ze. I've eaten before, no need to bother."

"Then let's have some flower tea. It's tea time. How about some bacon and fried eggs?"

"Um, just tea." Xing Ze replied. He couldn't help but wonder, shouldn't afternoon tea be accompanied by desserts and biscuits?

Ginny, who was sitting next to him, waved to him and motioned for him to come over. Xing Ze leaned slightly so that Ginny could speak in his ear.

"That's for dad. He worked until dawn last night and went to bed without eating anything." After saying this, the girl did not forget to add, "I picked the flower tea."

"Ah~" Xing Ze nodded and responded with a smile.

A cup of scented tea was placed in front of Xing Ze. Mrs. Weasley rubbed her hands nervously and said, "Sir, please, please don't interrupt me. I insist on calling you this. I have to thank... thank you for saving my son. Luo Well, Ron Weasley.”

"No ma'am, that was me..."

There was a sound of a heavy object falling to the ground upstairs, and the ceiling on the first floor shook, and dust and wood chips fell one after another.

Mrs. Weasley had an awkward yet polite smile on her face, and she quickly took away the tea cup in front of Xing Ze, "Let's have a cup of tea instead, sir."

The wooden stairs creaked, and the sound became heavier and heavier. Then, the originally rhythmic sound of going downstairs seemed to be disrupted by something.

"Ah -" a man screamed, "Who piled these broken toys here, my toes."

The real culprit who disrupted the rhythm was found, and the case was solved in less than three seconds. Xing Ze thought in his heart, a smile appeared on his face unconsciously.

Mrs. Weasley covered her face in despair, "I've never been so embarrassed about Merlin's beard." She muttered in a low voice, but Xing Ze still heard her clearly.

Arthur Weasley is a thin man, slightly different from the one in the movie, but his appearance is similar to what Xing Ze remembers. He was somewhat bald and wearing loose floral pajamas. He looked very tired and confused.

"Merlin...Merlin's beard!" After seeing Xing Ze, he couldn't help but sigh, "I...I...please forgive me, Mr. Xing Ze, for seeing you like this."

Xing Ze stood up from his seat, shook hands with Arthur and said, "No, no, no, I am the one who should apologize. I hope my abrupt visit will not cause you any inconvenience."

"Of course not." Patsy's voice sounded from the other end of the stairs, "Ah, Ravenska's hero has come to our home. This will definitely make my future resume more exciting."
