Short Horror Stories

I fall asleep after noon and woke up at night. It was around 11:30 or so. I haven't yet eaten my dinner so I decided to cook. It didn't take too long. In fact, in about 10 minutes I was done. I went to bed, and lie down. But I wasn't sleepy at all. I didn't leave my bed, I just started scrolling my newsfeeds on facebook. It wasn't too long when I heard some crashing of plates in the kitchen. I went to the kitchen to check. The plates were all fine, but I heard something peculiar. It's like a woman crying or mourning. That wouldn't be too scary if I haven't know that I leave alone, but I do. I went back to my room, opened the door just to reveal a woman, slowly crawling out from under my bed.
