Necromancer Supreme System

Chapter 63: Facing An NPC Possessed by the Demon Seed Already!

The fog that got shattered wasn't shattered alone by the grand magician skill, but it was absorbed into her system, as it was a food for the system. The feeling of this absorption, followed by the feeling of energy entering her body was weird.

She felt she had this feeling a long time ago, but she didn't know where or when.

"Are you ok?" the grand magician asked, feeling the change in Oya's face.

"I'm fine," Oya replied, "what about you?" she asked, as she wanted to know if the process succeeded or failed.

"I'm," the grand magician paused, as she didn't inspect herself. She started to examine her soul, looking for the demon seed planted deeply there, but she didn't find anything there.

"Wow!" she just muttered, as she couldn't believe what she just saw, and tried to confirm again, and again, not believing that she was finally…

"Free! I'm free!!" she suddenly screamed, out of shock, excitation, and deep pain. She started to scream out of happiness, before she started to cry and weep. Oya just glanced at her, while her mind had only one idea at this moment:

'What the hell have someone so mighty and strong as you lived through to feel all this pain and agony?'

The seconds passed slowly, but finally the body of the magician had a faint tremble, and a long thick black fog appeared on top of her head. The moment that happened, Oya knew her system succeeded.

'Make her attack, now!' the system hurriedly said, and Oya didn't delay as she shouted:

"Attack, now!"

The grand magician opened her eyes, and a staff appeared in her hand suddenly, while she muttered:

"Spear of lightning!"

Suddenly a huge spear appeared out of nowhere, just above that black fog, to fall over it, shattering it into small pieces before they all vanished, simply like that.

The eyes of the grand magician widened, as she doubtedly thought that was all. She turned to look at Oya, who was feeling a strange thing at this moment.

'What the hell have someone so mighty and strong as you lived through to feel all this pain and agony?'

Oya didn't know what just happened, or the significance of what she just did now with the help of her system. The grand magician looked at her, before kneeling on the ground, with utmost respect, as she said:

"My name is Ara, and I'm now considered a servant of yours for the entire life."

The words, and the oath that came from the mouth of that NPC wasn't small, and Oya couldn't take it lightly, as she hurriedly said:

"No, no, I'm not the one to kneel and pledge your allegiance to."

"No, you are," Ara insisted, as she added, "you are the one who helped and free me, so you will be my master from this moment onward."

Oya just glanced at her, not knowing what she had to say. Amidst that, her system kicked in, advising her:

'Accept her allegiance, you will need her help, and the help of others as well.'

'But this isn't my ability, it's Ibro's,' Oya stubbornly said.

'Ibro entrusted this to you, and plus he also had his own sworn army to die for him. don't think much and just accept the gift from her.'

Oya glanced deeply towards the NPC, before she sighed, and helplessly said:

"Ok, I accept."

"Thanks, master," Ara said as she stood up and went to stand beside Oya, as a servant standing beside her master. "May I ask, can you do this again? to other NPCs?" Ara suddenly asked.

Oya didn't have the answer to that, as she paused, and waited for her system to reply.

'Sure, but you need the strongest NPCs first in the city,' the system said, before warning, 'Just make sure your moves are hidden, and don't expose the secret to anyone else.'

"Sure, I can," Oya said, "anyone you know of, can come to me and I will help him, but you must be secretive," Oya said.

"Thanks, thanks master," Ara's face showed how excited she was by this chance, as she knew how important, far important saving others was.

May I ask if the master can start doing it now?" Ara asked with some embarrassment on her face that astonished Oya.

"Sure," Oya replied, "anytime is fine to me," she added, "but I want to know more about these seeds, are they inside all the NPCs?" she asked. Despite knowing how to kill them, she knew nothing about them.

"I have some of my friends and followers who I want to help," Ara started saying what she wanted to do, and when Oya just nodded, she added, "All the NPCs here have seeds, I believe. I haven't met anyone without a seed, not yet."

"So, basically all of you would turn into that Jonak like demon, right?" Oya simply asked, as Jognak was the only demon she knew of.

"What did you say?" the face of Ara changed, as she had pure fear and terror, "how do you know that name?!" she asked.

However, Oya didn't know what was special about Jonak. She met it, but after Ibro killed it, so she casually replied, like she was narrating a normal story, "I know a friend who killed it."

"W-W-What?!!?"

The sharp reaction of the NPC startled Oya, who didn't know why she behaved like this.

"Are you saying John is dead?" The grand magician asked again, as if she couldn't believe what Oya just said.

"Sure," Oya simply nodded and replied.

"How can you be sure?" she asked back, with much doubt over her face.

"I have seen its body, in fact I have access to its brain," Oya said, while she recalled the materials stored inside the warehouse.

"That… that's unbelievable!" the grand magician stuttered, as she was more shocked than when the demon seed was killed from inside her.

"Are you alright?" Oya asked, with concern.

"Yes, yes, you don't know what you just said actually mean," the grand magician then restored her serious face, before she added, "My world, others as well were all crushed in defeat by the mighty attacks of that monster. nothing, nothing can stop him, and he was the leader of the invading forces here," she explained, things Oya didn't know of.

"Do you mean by invasion, these monster seeds inside you?" Oya asked, trying to understand her words better, "Or do you mean the monsters inside the Apidon world?" she added.

"I mean all of them, and these were just the mere frontier of the enemy, the real general is, or was, Jonak. Now as he is gone, the monsters won't have that backup again."

Oya smiled, as she felt her happiness, her relief, despite not relating well to her words or feelings. She didn't have the experience this NPC had.

"Can I go and bring my friends here?" the NPC said, before she added, "my name is Ela."

"Oh, my name is Oya," Oya greeted her back, while shaking her hands with Ela, who said:

"I will go and be back in less than five minutes, will you stay here, master?"

The tone of Ela had elevated a rank in respect, as now she wasn't only seeing Oya as he master and savior, she was seeing her as her venerable chosen one sent here to kill all the invading monsters and free them all.

"Sure," Oya replied, before she watched Ela disappear in front of her eyes. 'Wow, it's instant teleportation,' she muttered to herself in admiration. No matter what Ela said, Oya always thought of her as a very strong NPC master that she admired.

Suddenly she was reminded of her master, the blacksmith master who taught her how to craft. She knew if she left now, she wouldn't be able to reach her, and come back here in time.
