Marvel’s Hogwarts Wizard

Chapter 153: Heading to the Ministry of Magic (Second Update)

"The female Charmander will exhale on her eggs to keep it warm, so the eggs can be hatched in the fireplace. It takes about six months for the hatched young dragons to breathe normally. Usually their flames are extremely hot and accompanied by thick gray smoke.

The ability of young dragons to fly appears later, and they are not able to learn to fly until the twelfth month.

It takes two full years for a dragon to fully mature. Note that when feeding a newly hatched dragon, it needs to be fed with a small barrel of brandy and chicken blood every half an hour.

After three days, you can feed it some meat, they grow very fast!"

In the library, Jerry took "Breeding Dragons for Fun and Profit" that Hagrid had returned, and read it with gusto.

Suddenly, a deep and familiar voice came from the door.

"Jerry, come out with me!"

Looking up, it was Snape.

After greeting Hermione and Harry, Jerry took the magic book and registered with Mrs. Pince, and then left the library with Snape.

"Professor, what's the matter?"

The Easter holiday wasn't over yet, and if there was nothing else, Professor Snape wouldn't have come to see him specifically.

"Myer Booth is here, you may go to France in these two days!"

Snape simply replied and said nothing more.

And Jerry knew instantly in his heart that maybe his first match with the England Quidditch team was coming soon!

Taking people's money to eliminate disasters, and receiving five hundred gold Galleons every month, he can't do nothing. He has already prepared for the competition, so he is not very surprised.

When he came to Snape's office, Jerry saw Meier who was obviously older. Presumably, because he was recruited into the Quidditch team, Meier was under a lot of pressure during this period.

Sure enough, things were pretty much the same as he had imagined.

Because of the pressure and the urgent need for Jerry to cheer up the England Quidditch team and prove himself, Meyer applied to participate in the Four Nations Quidditch Championship held this year in the French magic world.

The venue is Paris, France. Currently participating countries include the French sponsor, the German Quidditch team, the Spanish Quidditch team, the Italian Quidditch team and the English Quidditch team.

The start time of the game is the day after tomorrow. There are a total of six games for three days. The rules are similar to the rules of the Hogwarts Quidditch Cup. Cross-play, the Quidditch team with the most victories wins the trophy.

If the England Quidditch team finally won the trophy, the Ministry of Magic promised to give each player a thousand gold galleons as a bonus.

There is still one week until the end of the Easter holiday, so this trip to France will not delay Jerry's start of school at all.

Of course, Jerry didn't have any objection to this. After returning to the dormitory, he simply packed his luggage and followed Meyer to a fireplace connected to the Floo network specially opened by Hogwarts for them.

"When traveling with Floo powder, take care to speak clearly, walk through the correct oven door, tuck your elbows, keep your eyes closed, and don't fidget or panic

After Meier explained the use of floo powder to Jerry, who was using floo powder for the first time, he walked into the fireplace first.

Seeing this, Jerry was also unambiguous, imitating Meier, grabbing a handful of silver Floo powder and throwing it into the fireplace. After seeing the flames turn emerald green, he pulled the suitcase and stepped in:

"London Ministry of Magic!"

Yes, now they go to the Ministry of Magic first, and then use the Ministry of Magic Portkey to go to the French Ministry of Magic, and the British Floo network can't reach France.

Pulling the suitcase and walking out of the fireplace, Jerry patted the dust off his body, and quickly glanced at the surrounding environment. He was standing at the end of a long, resplendent hall with a dark, polished wooden floor.

The peacock-blue ceiling is inlaid with gleaming gold symbols, constantly moving and changing, like a giant bulletin board in the sky.

On both sides are gilded fireplaces inlaid in wood panels. On the left, there are wizards like him emerging, and on the right, wizards line up to leave.

The entire hall is densely packed with wizards, and it is estimated that there are at least a few hundred of them by visual inspection.

"Mr. Carmen, come with me, we have to go to the Department of Magic and Sports on the seventh floor first, and find your teammates!" Standing not far ahead, Meier saw Jerry appearing from the fireplace, and smiled at him. He beckoned.

Jerry immediately followed with the suitcase.

Passing through the crowd of wizards, a striking magic fountain appeared in his eyes, making him sigh secretly that the Ministry of Magic is really rich.

Because the eye-catching statue in the fountain, several times larger than a real person, was actually made of pure gold. There was not one, but two wizards, a male and a female, as well as goblins, house elves, and centaurs.

As he passed the fountain, he glanced at the bottom of the pool, where there were many gleaming silver Sickles and copper Nats, next to a small, stained sign that read:

"All proceeds from the Magic Brothers Fountain go to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Injuries and Sickness."

"Magic Brothers Fountain, where's the brother? It's almost called the Magical Couple Fountain!'

Inwardly complaining that the name of the fountain did not match the statue itself, Jerry followed Meier to a smaller side hall, where there were twenty elevators surrounded by golden fences

"Coach Meyer, how long has this place existed?"

After opening the golden fence and walking into the magic elevator, Jerry asked curiously.

"Oh, that's been a long time. It was built here when the Wizarding Council existed before the eighteenth century. At that time, there were not so many layers. After the establishment of the Ministry of Magic, more and more departments were added until now. the tenth floor."

"Then what floor is the hall we are in now?"

Jerry looked inside the elevator, but saw nothing like a floor button.

"The hall is on the eighth floor underground, we are going to the seventh floor underground!"

Meier explained.

It's normal to be curious when you come to the Ministry of Magic for the first time. As a coach, Meyer has always been very patient, and Jerry is even more patient since he is still his biggest hole card in a turnaround.

Just as the magic elevator was about to close because it was full, several purple paper airplanes with the Ministry of Magic logo swished into the elevator.

Before Jerry could ask, Meier explained:

"It was a note between departments, it used to be an owl, but the mess was unbelievable. There was shit all over the desk.

Hearing the words, Jerry could only sigh that there are still many magics in this world that he doesn't know.

Even though he memorized all the textbooks for the seventh grade, bought a lot of magic books, and read a lot of magic books in the library, there are still many magics that he doesn't know.

He has never seen the magic of this paper plane autonomously transmitting messages in any book.
