Journey Towards Greatness

Looking at Grubbin who is devouring the food in front of him, Julian realized he has another gluttonous pokemon reminding him of Flygon when he was just a Trapinch. As Grubbin chomped down on the food in front of him, Crystal popped its head out and glared at Grubbin curiously, it realized that it has a new friend to fool around with.

Crystal flew out of his front pocket and approached Grubbin, Grubbin who is busy munching on his food noticed another presence near him so he lifted his head up to see what it is.

Seeing Crystal just a few inches away from him startled Grubbin which made him retreat a few inches away in a hurry, Grubbin stared at Crystal and flared his mandibles while hissing at Crystal.

He wants to send a message to Crystal that he is dangerous and that if Crystal approached him, he will crush Crystal with his mandibles. Crystal, clueless as always, saw this as a sign of invitation to play so it flew towards Grubbin excitedly.

Seeing this Grubbin got scared and tried to snap down on Crystal but Crystal is very agile so Crystal dodges it very easily and giggles, Grubbin feels as if he is getting mocked so he lashes out at Crystal but Crystal keeps dodging until it decides to put a nail on this coffin.

Crystal floated over Grubbin and sat right on top of his back, this freaked out Grubbin as he couldn't get Crystal off of him, Grubbin started to panic and run around all over Julian's room.

Seeing this Julian just sighed, he should have known that with Crystal anything can happen, Crystal will either freak out his new pokemon or become friends with them in an instant and it looks like Grubbin got the worst end of the stick.

Julian "Ok Crystal, stop bothering him and return"

Knowing Crystal, he knew that it will continue to "Have Fun" until Julian puts a stop to it, as soon as Julian spoke, Crystal got off Grubbin and returned to Julian's pocket and stared at Grubbin.

Grubbin is huffing deep breaths of air while staring at Crystal in frustration, seeing this Crystal just giggled and pulled out its little tongue to tease Grubbin.

Grubbin got pissed again and hissed at Crystal. Julian realized that this is going to be a very messy situation for him to deal with.

One side is Crystal who is overly enthusiastic and friendly and likes to get very close to others and on the other side is Grubbin, the newest member of his team, he is very cautious of strangers and it also seems like having some personal space to himself.

With two completely opposite characters, there will be chaos in Julian's camp.

Julian sighed once again knowing the troubles but it didn't matter much as he has been through this many times.

After meeting a menace like Crystal, Julian is pretty sure Grubbin will be much more comfortable around Wimpod. Julian called out Wimpod and introduced him to Grubbin, Grubbin was cautious at first but he is smart enough to know that he will be living with Wimpod and got acquainted with him.

After Grubbin got comfortable with Wimpod, Julian slowly started to introduce him to his other pokemons, starting with Charizard and finally ending with Infernape.

At first, Grubbin was almost terrified but seeing Wimpod being ok around them eased him up as well, the whole process went smoothly and Julian is very happy with the result.

Today was a successful day for Julian, he caught a pokemon and he has great potential and this is just the beginning, though the pokemons he wants to catch in Alola are few compared to other regions, it really doesn't matter here due to the lack of gyms and a league conference.

Coming back to the present, Julian fed his pokemons and sent them back to their Pokeball, and went to sleep as well, tomorrow will be another busy day for him as he has to take care of the class tomorrow.

Another new day and Julian is woken up by the bright sunlight of Alola once again, he opens his eyes to find himself in his room here at the school as he remembered that he had come here to sleep here yesterday.

After waking up, he did his usual morning routine of feeding his pokemon and preparing himself for the day.

He could already hear the clamor of children outside his room as students from all over Alola started to arrive.

Walking out of his room, he finds students running around and greeting each other with the phrase Alola as it is a custom here on the island.

Julian makes his way towards his class and is surprised by seeing all of his students waiting for him even though it is very early, even Ash who is known for sleeping late is here and excited to learn more from Julian.

Julian "Looks like you all are very excited to learn today"

Julian said while looking at the excitement in their faces.

Lillie "We couldn't wait to be here teacher Julian, we learned so much from your class"

Lillie said excitedly. Julian just smiled and decided to start the lesson today, he continued with pokemons and their types as he still has a few left to cover.

And as he was about to start, Kukui walked into the class with a smile on his face and every student greeted him.
