Journey Towards Greatness

Being dragged into the shadow through the floor is not a pleasant experience as they felt each and every inch of their body being devoured by something unknown, it was the most horrifying thing they ever felt.

Once all three of them were completely devoured, Julian locked the door and left it the way it is, he doesn't need to clean up after the mess these people made.

He returned to his room and lay on his bed and went through all the information in his head about totem pokemon that he learned from the files handed him over by principal Oak, he has a basic knowledge about them and he knows where they like to live.

Though the Alola islands are small compared to other regions when it comes to population size and landmass but it is still very big, there might be a lot of totem pokemon on the island that the residents have no idea of.

The known areas where the totem pokemon of Alola islands reside are called trial grounds so if anything happens there, the locals will get the wind of it so Cipher wouldn't dare target those totem pokemon.

They will be after the ones that are relatively unknown or are rumored to exist, it will be hard for others to track them down but Julian can do it with the help of his pokemon, he needs to bring some of his old pokemon back into action and let them scout all the islands for these totem pokemon.

Having planned what he wants to do, he turned off the lights and went to sleep. The next morning, he was woken up by the bright sunlight entering through the window and hitting his face, he stretched his body and meditated for a while before walking out into the veranda and looking at the endless ocean.

He could hear the voices of children running around near the school as the school has already started, he smiled and walked out of his room and headed towards the school, on his way to the school, he was seen by many students and they were very curious about this new face.

They have never seen this man before, they wondered why this stranger is staying in the school and what he is here to do.

Julian headed towards principal Samson's office to ask him about something. When he got there, he found Samson standing outside his office with a frown, Julian already guessed the reason behind the frown on his face.

When he got close to Samson, he saw a few workers inside his office cleaning the mess, Samson saw Julian and welcomed him.

Julian "What happened to your office?"

Julian asked even though he knows exactly what happened here, he didn't want to tell that he was involved with this incident in any shape or form.

Samson "Somebody broke into my office in search of something but it looks like they didn't find what they were looking for".

He said.

Julian "Do you have any idea what they were looking for?"

Julian asked wanting to know how much Samson knows about the current situation.

Samson "I guess they were after the files I handed over to you since I am not missing anything important, it must be those people you were talking about"

Samson said.

Julian had to admit that Samson is very smart and he was right on with his guess, Cipher had come to take away his research but they failed miserably.

Julian "I see. Well, actually I wanted to ask some questions before I take my leave"

Julian said.

Samson "Go on, I won't bite"

Samson said and laughed.

Julian "These totem pokemons? What kind of places do they prefer to build their nest and how do I find them?"

Samson "Hmm, it actually depends on the type of totem pokemon it is, Alola is home to hundreds of them and they are all over the islands hidden far away from the human eye, if you want to find them, you need to find places with extremely rich energy, a place where Z-Crystals are naturally created".

Samson answered.

Julian "I wanted to know, how do these Z-Crystals form?"

Samson "That is the biggest mystery of the Alola islands, many people tried to figure out why they can only be found in Alola and how they are formed but no one has succeeded. The only answer that everyone agrees on is that Alola has a special energy that helps to create these Z-Crystals and nobody knows where this energy comes from"

Samson explained.

Julian nodded his head and decided to take his leave.

He wanted to visit one of the trial grounds and check out if he could find anything that could help him find the undiscovered trial grounds.

Julian bid his farewell to Samson and exited the school and headed towards the mountain path that would lead him to his very first trail ground.

The trial ground closest to him is in the verdant cavern and he hopes to find some of his answers there.
