Journey Towards Greatness

The young Jenny couldn't believe her eyes, she had to pinch her own cheeks to realize that this is not a dream nor she is hallucinating. Julian, the greatest pokemon trainer is standing right in front of her and she doesn't know what to do.

Jenny "We-wel-welcome, ni-nice to... to... to mee-meet you, my... my name is J-J-Je-Jenny"

Julian "Calm down, I am not that intimidating, take a deep breath and once you are ready, we can continue"

Julian said with a smile, he didn't expect he would have fans here in Alola as well, the league is not a big thing here in Alola and that is why not many people recognized him when he walked around freely on the streets of Alola, the people here are very shielded from the outside world and doesn't care about what happens outside of Alola.

The Alola islands are their own world and the people here like to live it that way, having a fan here is a huge deal.

Taking Julian's advice, young Jenny took a deep breath with her eyes closed and calmed down, it took a minute but Julian was patient, once she calmed down she looked at Julian again.

She is much calmer now but she is still very nervous in front of him.

Jenny "Welcome, how can I help you?"

She asked. One can still hear the nervousness in her voice but she is a lot calmer than before.

Julian "I needed some information, hope you can help me"

Jenny "Information? About what?"

Julian "Have there been any activities related to totem pokemons in here in Melemele island?"

Julian asked.

Jenny "Totem Pokemons? let me check"

She said and started to look into the database but after a few seconds she couldn't come up with anything.

Jenny "Sorry but I can't find anything related to totem pokemons in our database, maybe there might be something on my superior's database but I am not authorized to access it".

She said while being a little disappointed that she couldn't help her idol.

Julian "Can I speak to your superior then?"

Julian asked.

Jenny "Not right now, our officers have been really busy because of the shenanigans caused by Team Skull today, maybe you can come back tomorrow"

She said.

Julian "Team Skull, who are they?"

Julian got curious as he wondered if there is another organization here present in Alola that he needs to look after.

Jenny "They are just some trouble makers who go around causing a nuisance for the people of Alola, they are really annoying, argh. If I get my hands on them, I will beat them up till they never cause trouble again".

She started venting out her frustration, and it is very clear to Julian. He could tell that she doesn't like this Team Skull but he could also confirm that this Team Skull is not something that he should bother with as they are just a local gang.

Julian "Ok, I will be leaving then, thank you for your time"

Julian said and was about to leave when Jenny stopped him and asked for a selfie with a red face, she mustered up all her courage to ask him for a selfie, Julian doesn't normally take selfies with his fans but he decided to make an exception with her and took a selfie with her.

Julian "Would you do me a favor and inform your superior about me being here and ask them to look into anything related to totem pokemons? I would really appreciate it".

Jenny "Don't worry, I will inform my superiors and will do my best to find what you are looking for".

She said enthusiastically.

Julian "Thank you".

Julian thanked her and left the police precinct, having no success with the police station about finding information regarding totem pokemons, Julian could do nothing but head towards pokemon school and learn a little about these totem pokemons from principal Samson.

Julian entered the commercial part of the city again and looked around to buy something for himself and his pokemons, Melemele island has a lot of unique fruits and berries that can only be found here.

Julian would love to make some unique flavored food for both him and his pokemon, he soon started shopping, going from stall to stall checking out the goods and buying them.

As he continued to shop, he suddenly heard a commotion a little further away from him, with his attention now on the commotion, he turned his head and looked over at what is happening.

He saw smoke rising up in the air while fruits and berries are rolling on the ground, Julian frowned and approached the commotion.

He saw a group of people surrounding an area cursing and calling out someone, Julian walked through the crowd and finally realized what is happening, he saw a few young men in women in black clothes with a skull printed on them, and the boys have their hair dyed blue while the girls had it pink.

Julian could easily tell that these goons are none other than Team Skull, the gang that likes to cause nuisance here in Alola, and with how busy the police are, Julian doubts that they would be here.

He saw that they are bullying a middle-aged woman who is begging them to leave her alone.
