A massive white hand came down and plucked the visage of an Apex Aeonic Lifeform like it was nothing!

This hand rose up and disappeared from the skies above as if it never existed, but its significance was too profound as even while stabilizing the concept that defined him- Caesar truly could do nothing against it.

Across the folds of space, time, and reality.

A great deal of distance was traversed in an instant as Caeser felt the restrictions of his body loosened somewhat, the hand holding onto him unclasping as its pressure still bore down unto him!

<It was established long ago that on the path to Extremity, advanced lifeforms will not interfere with those below them. Violating this rule is worthy of death...only if you continue to be defiant. But I do not wish to kill one of the few Apex Aeonic Lifeforms in this Haven when it is already the youngest and weakest, so what will it be, Quasarian?>

WAA!

The voice boomed with undeniable authority as one had to only agree to it, otherwise only doom awaited them as the Mad Emperor gritted his teeth while pulling his aura back, working on stabilizing his advancement and clearly taking the Boundary of Borealis to the 10th Layer!

<Good. You killed one lifeform before you fully became an Apex Aeonic Lifeform, and your own life was on the line, so this can be excused with a few years of service. Had I stepped in after you killed others, the tight wound fogeys connected to the Genesis Institute of Extremity would have demanded your death...so be thankful. Now, let's get you upto date on what it means to be an Apex Aeonic Lifeform, and what your responsibilities are from here on out...>

...!

The voice was ancient and regal at the same time as this fair hand was connected to a fantastical being- a being whose body was veiled with layers of Extremity as when one traversed past the hand, they would see a veiled head with two luminous eyes pulsing with grandiosity!

These eyes were currently coldly focused on Caesar, but their gaze also briefly crossed the veils of space and time as they sank down past the Endless Abyssal Thalassic Caverns of Nullity, delved into the Abyssal Sanctimonious Lands, and focused on the cerulean figure surrounded by Haven Disciples of the Genesis Institute of Extremity.

The eyes of an Existence that had reached Extremity gazed at this cerulean existence conjuring manifested Planes around him as just briefly...this existence made a simple comment!

<Interesting...>

During this utterly precarious ordeal, a minuscule Quasar carrying the will of a recently advanced existence flowed into Noah as he accepted it into his mind.

In one's mind, countless thoughts could be shared within an instant.

So the time outside was akin to being frozen as within a portion of Noah's mind, a Will communicated with him!

The scene formed was that of a vast cluster of quasars the size of Minor Planes stretching out for an unknown number of light years.

These quasars were unique as they seemed like advanced variations of planes, abundant life ever so present within them as at their very center, stellar obsidian Major Planes of Existence carrying a similar signature could be felt.

Far above this scene, the figure of Noah's soul form could be seen as in front of him, the stellar obsidian visage of none other than the Mad Apex Emperor Caesar gazed down with a face of frustration and anger!

<I have a daughter.>

He began by speaking simply as Noah walked beside this being to stare at the expanse of Minor Planes and Major Planes of the Quasarians showing below him.

He could feel the tug of Providence and Destiny as he continued to listen passively while Caesar continued.

<I have a daughter that I very sick, and what seems like the last hope for her was in this Initiating Extremity Vein of Dissolution...in the Extremity Panaceas that can reforge one's foundation. Because of the recent actions, all of that is closed off for me.>

WAA!

His solidified will gave off impressive pressure as it turned around to face Noah at this moment, his eyes filled with power as he continued!

<Now, I do not know you or what you stand for, but you aided me against these vermin and are the only one nearby that Borealis deems reliable and powerful enough to obtain Extremity Panaceas. I stand before you not as a Quasarian or the Will of an Apex Aeonic Lifeform, I stand before you as a Father who desperately wishes to save his daughter, and it seems I will be limited in doing so for the near future as I cannot obtain the Extremity Panaceas myself. And even though you are trustworthy as Borealis deems, I understand that no being under the Havens of Extremity is a Saint. So...what will be your price?>

Golden Providence shone within Noah's eyes as he didn't even stare back to Caesar before he replied.

<Two things. One...is that down there.>

He pointed towards the scene of the group of Planes that should have been one of the central domains of the Quasarians as the face of Caesar darkened even though he was expecting it- and this was the reason why the scene below was even shown!

This was the price that his Boundary of Borealis that had stepped into the 10th Boundary Layer told him as he steeled his heart to pay it and waited to see just what the second term would be!

<The last thing I want...is a bet.>

<A bet?> The Mad Apex Emperor raised his brows while Noah nodded and finally came to lock his eyes with him, a devilish smile emerging on his face.

<Yes, a bet. A wager that within the next year, you and I will have a match. If I win this match...you will have to serve as my Vassal.>

BOOM!

A shocking term was put forth as Caesar's eyes flashed with danger and power!

He looked at another unflinching stare as his eyes squinted while he replied coldly.

<It is a bet...so if I win instead?>

<If you win, I'll give back the group of planes below and even follow you. Isn't it nice? You'd get back everything and more.>
