Hidden Wife: Best Husband

Dae Hyun grumbled because he didn't want to go home yet.  Still want to linger with his wife.

"Is that Mr. Park?" Soo Yin asked as she put a cup of tea in front of Dae Hyun.  Currently they were in the family room.

"No, but this is from your in-laws," Dae Hyun teased while smiling.  Staring at his wife's adorable little face.

Soo Yin pinched her husband's waist because he was always teasing her.

"Did Father wants you home?"  Her tongue felt stiff when she said Park Ji Hoon's name as Father.

"Hmmm," Dae Hyun replied.

There was a feeling of sadness in Soo Yin's heart because surely Dae Hyun will return to her main house soon.  Especially after not seeing him for a while, Soo Yin felt that she still wanted to always be by his side.  But she also had to be self-aware and didn't want to be selfish.  After all, her husband has another family that also needed love.  Maybe his son also missed him because he hadn't seen his father for a long time.

But if she can ask, one day Soo Yin wanted to have Dae Hyun completely.  Wanted to tell the world that the girl that the man loves was only herself.  Sometimes Soo Yin laughed to herself, imagining how selfish she was.

"If Mr. Park asked where you were for two days, what would you say?" Soo Yin asked. Her face rested on one hand.

"I will tell the truth if I spend time with my wife," Dae Hyun said calmly.  Embrace Soo Yin who was beside him.  If he could ask, he wanted to leave his world.  Living in a small village only with the girl he loved so much.

"I'm serious."  Soo Yin pursed her lips.

"I'm even very serious if you want to know," Dae Hyun said while pinching his little wife's cheek.

"When are you coming back here again?" Soo Yin asked.

Dae Hyun frowned.  Just now his wife said that she had to go home to see her father.  But not yet leaving, she asked when to go home.

"If you miss me like that, I won't go anywhere," Dae Hyun teased as he looked at Soo Yin.

Soo Yin turned her face the other way.  Her face flushed with embarrassment.  Looked like she said the wrong thing again this time.

"Go, who's going to miss you?" Soo Yin said, pretended to not care.  Even though her heart now felt like a flower blooming in a garden.

"Are you sure you will let me sleep with Aeri?"  Dae Hyun teased again.  He thought his little wife looked very cute this time.

Instantly Soo Yin imagined how they were making out together.  Bringing together the love that has long been apart.  The thought made her heart ache.  The girl glared at her husband for a moment.  Her gaze was sharper than a sword.

"Don't be angry, I'm just kidding."  Dae Hyun turned Soo Yin's body so he can see her face.

"Never mind, I want to go to the room," Soo Yin said, about to get up from her seat.

Dae Hyun didn't let his wife go.  Instead, he sat her on his lap so he could smell the girl's scent.  Melt her heart first so she won't get angry anymore.  Even though he meant just a joke, it seemed Soo Yin was thinking of something else.

In a different place, Aeri had just arrived at her mother's house.  It's been a while since she visited there.  Want to complain to her.  Because currently there were several problems that she was afraid of.  Aeri only came alone without bringing her son.

"Hi, Mom," Aeri said to Mrs. Sun Book who was sitting on the sofa.  The woman was wearing a mask on her face.

"You came alone? Where are your husband and children?" Mrs.  Sun Book asked while frowning seeing her daughter only came alone. Although she also missed his grandson.  Indeed, it was very rare for Aeri to come with Dae Hyun and Jo Yeon Ho.

"Don't ask them, Mom. I'm not in the mood to discuss it." Aeri lied down on the sofa.

"You'd better do better with them. Do you want your career to crash and fall into poverty?" Mrs.  Sun Book asked, who knows that his daughter came home, must be because of a problem.

Aeri sat up then leaned her head.  Think for a moment of what her mother said.  Which turned out to be true.  She tried so hard to enter Dae Hyun's family, she didn't give up.  Even though Dae Hyun didn't like her, her in-laws really trusted her.  It could be used as a means of strengthening her position there.

Suddenly there was an incoming message.  There was no name of the sender, so Aeri immediately opened it.  So shocked that she widened her eyes, it turned out that it contained several photos of her at a party when Jo Yeon Ho disappeared.

[Give us money!  if you don't want us to leak the photos to your husband]

Aeri trembled at the sight of the message.  Directly called the number to find out who was blackmailing her.  However, it was not active at all.  Even she has tried several times for it.

"He thought he could blackmail me so easily," Aeri grumbled.

"What is wrong?" Mrs.  Sun Book asked, worried about Aeri who was pacing around.

"Damn it!"  Aeri cursed with great annoyance.  Really did not think someone would take the photo.

"What is wrong?" Mrs.  Sun Book asked one more time.

"Mother, how about this? Someone took a photo of me at the party when Jo Yeon Ho was kidnapped. If Dae Hyun finds out, my life is over," Aeri said frantically while massaging her head.

Sun Book immediately grabbed Aeri's cellphone to find out the truth.

"So you're still in touch with that guy?" Mrs.  Sun Book asked angrily.  Annoyed by Aeri's carelessness.

"I love him, Mom. I also need someone like him," Aeri said while biting her lower lip.

"Love will not guarantee you can make your life happy. Didn't mother tell you to end your relationship? If it's like this what will you do?"  Mrs.  Sun Book didn't think that Aeri was always stubborn.

"I'm tired of facing Dae Hyun's attitude. Especially now that Jo Yeon Ho was almost kidnapped. Now he doesn't seem to care about me anymore. He is more concerned with his secretary, Mom," Aeri said irritably.

"So what about the secretary?" Mrs.  Sun Book said.

Aeri did not tell the truth about what happened to her mother.

"She's the one who saved Jo Yeon Ho from the criminals. I really feel annoyed why that girl was there."  Aeri clenched her fists whenever she remembered how Dae Hyun always accompanied her secretary at the hospital.  While he was not cared for at all.

"From now on you have to be more vigilant about his secretary. She could do it on purpose to get rid of you. If you don't want to be eliminated, from now on, do good to Jo Yeon Ho. Seduce him to like you because he is the only card you have," Mrs.  Sun Book explained.  Did not want her daughter to be stupid, just consumed by love like that.

Aeri thought about what her mother said.  If she get out of Dae Hyun's family then her career will slowly also be ruined.  She didn't want that to happen.  From now on she intended to do everything she can to stay afloat.

Aeri thought about what her mother said.  It was true that if she didn't want to be kicked out of this house from now on she has to do something.  Not wanting to be late, Aeri immediately met her son who was in the room.  Aeri opened the door and found that Jo Yeon Ho was holding colored pencils.  Looks like the kid is drawing something.

Jo Yeon Ho was indeed a smart and very diligent child.  Even though he was still in kindergarten, Jo Yeon Ho always studied when he was at home.  What's more about painting.  The child was very fond of painting or just coloring.  For him it all felt very good.

"Honey, can I come in?" Aeri said as she slowly stepped into the room.

Jo Yeon Ho felt a little afraid of Aeri's presence.  Afraid like last time getting angry and threatening him.  The boy just looked at Aeri while silent.  He was surprised by his mother's unusual presence.  The child was silent while playing with the colored pencils in his hand.

Aeri approached Jo Yeon Ho, then sat down beside him.  Made Jo Yeon Ho shift a little.  Still traumatized by Aeri's attitude, sometimes scolding him without understanding the reason.

"Yeon Ho, I'm sorry."  Aeri put on a sad face then hugged her baby.  Sobbing to convince his son that she had changed and regretted what she had done so far.

Initially he did not return his mother's hug because for him this was all like a dream.  But Jo Yeon Ho was just a child who needed his mother's attention and affection. He has been wanting Aeri to hug him like this for a long time until sometimes he dreamt of it.
