Hidden Wife: Best Husband

With Dae Hyun's insistence on getting into the house, Soo Yin finally got out of the car.  At the entrance there were several servants who greeted them.

Soo Yin followed Dae Hyun's steps behind him, didn't dare to walk too close together.  Dae Hyun took her to the spacious and luxurious dining room.  There is a crystal chandelier on the golden dining table.

It turned out that everyone had gathered in the dining room.  There is Park Ji Hoon and his wife who are none other than Dae Hyun's parents.  There was also Aeri who immediately welcomed her husband's arrival.

"Let me introduce, she's Soo Yin. My new secretary who replaces Eun Bee," Dae Hyun said.

"Why are you together?" Park Ji Hoon asked.

"We were just from the airport dropping off Mr. Peter Anderson when Aeri called me. So I brought her here," Dae Hyun explained.

"Then let's have lunch here with us," Mrs.  Park said in a friendly manner.

"Thank you, but ...." Soo Yin replied doubtfully.  Didn't expect that her mother-in-law was so friendly.  Even though she had thought that his mother would be ignorant.

"Come on, please sit down."  Mrs.  Park invited Soo Yin to sit next to Jo Yeon Ho.  Opposite her.

Soo Yin finally complied because her stomach felt hungry too.  This morning she didn't have time to eat.

"Eunnie, it's nice to meet you again," Jo Yeon Ho said with a friendly smile.

"I heard from your father you had a fever last night. Are you cured now?" Soo Yin asked casually.  Although hse doesn't really like Jo Yeon Ho, she was still friendly to him.

"Already, I just missed sleeping with Mom and Dad," Jo Yeon Ho replied.

Soo Yin just smiled bitterly without saying anything else.  Hold back her emotions so as not to be jealous.

There were so many dishes available at the table.  Starting from Kimchi, Kimbab, Bulgogi, Japchae, seaweed soup or Miyeok Guk.  There were also Soju drinks.

Soo Yin just looked at Aeri who was getting food for Dae Hyun.  Something she probably never did to her husband all this time.  Immediately looked away when caught by Dae Hyun that she was observing them.

'Be patient, Soo Yin, your husband is just pretending,' Soo Yin thought to herself.

"Let me take it myself," Dae Hyun said as he pulled out his plate.  Felt bad at seeing Soo Yin.

"It's okay, isn't it natural for a wife to serve her husband? Isn't that right, Mom?"  Aeri said while looking at Mrs.  Park.

"Of course," Mrs. Park replied, who is also in the middle of getting food for her husband.

"Soo Yin, if you marry one day, you also have to do this for your husband," Aeri said as she looked at Soo Yin.

"You know each other?" Aeri asked.

"Yes, I often meet her at the hotel. Last week we even went for a walk to the park," Jo Yeon Ho replied in a typical children's accent.

"Went for a walk?" Aeri asked. Dae Hyun never said anything to her.

"Yes, we accidentally met," Dae Hyun said to find the right reason so they didn't suspect him.  It was not that he didn't want to introduce her in front of their parents, but Dae Hyun wasn't ready yet.

"We went to the park where we were there before," Jo Yeon Ho said with a happy face.  It seemed that at that time he was very happy.

"Yeon Ho, eat first, let's tell the story later."  Dae Hyun changed the subject so that his son stops the story.

Jo Yeon Ho nodded obediently, starting to eat his food.  Meanwhile, Soo Yin only ate a little while messing up the food on her plate.  What used to be a hungry stomach now has no appetite to eat.

After saying goodbye to everyone in the dining room.  Soo Yin and Dae Hyun immediately left UN Village.

During the trip, Soo Yin was silent.  See the scenery outside.

"Where are you going?"  Dae Hyun asked.

"You shouldn't have to take me. I can go by myself in a taxi,"  Soo Yin said without looking at Dae Hyun.

"Sorry, if that made you uncomfortable," Dae Hyun said. He knew that Soo Yin must be upset right now.

"No problem, maybe I should learn from now on," Soo Yin said while looking at her husband.

"Take me home, I want to rest," Soo Yin continued when Dae Hyun was about to turn his car toward the road to the hotel.

"Okay."  Dae Hyun complied with his wife's request.

After dropping Soo Yin off at the Pyeongchang-dong villa, Dae Hyun didn't come home immediately.  He continued following Soo Yin's steps to the room.

"Dae Hyun, hurry and go home!" Soo Yin expelled.

"I'm not going home until you're not angry anymore," Dae Hyun said as he hugged Soo Yin from behind.

"I'm not angry," Soo Yin said curtly.  Trying to let go of Dae Hyun's hand that was wrapped around her waist.

"You're lying," Dae Hyun said as he turned Soo Yin's body. He stared into her red eyes.

"I'm just irritated," Soo Yin said honestly.  It was useless lying because Dae Hyun won't believe it.

"Sorry."  Dae Hyun immediately hugged Soo Yin.  Feeling guilty for taking her to UN Village.

"Never mind, I'm fine. You better hurry back home," Soo Yin said while rubbing Dae Hyun's back so he didn't have to worry about her feelings.

"But you have to promise you won't be angry with me?"  Dae Hyun let go of his embrace.

"Yes, promise," Soo Yin said.

After confirming that Soo Yin wasn't angry, Dae Hyun immediately left.  Didn't forget to kiss his wife's lips for a while.

Aeri was busy pacing in her room.  Because as long as her in-laws are in the house, Aeri can't go anywhere.  Can only pretend to be cute like the best wife.  It was no fun pretending to be a mother who cared for her husband and child.

Today was her chance if she wanted to go out and freshen her mind.  It has been three days since her husband and father-in-law were not at home.  His mother-in-law also seemed to be out today.  So Aeri decided to go to the apartment of the man who had been her lover for a long time, even before she married Dae Hyun.  This afternoon he invited several friends to celebrate their relationship.
