Harry Potter and the Attack of the Squibs

Chapter 25 Johanna is cruel and talkative

When Lu Ke turned around and walked back to the Slytherin table, a smile showed on his face that his plan had been successful.

It was impossible for the twins to resist such temptation, they were just being tough in front of Lu Ke.

But this matter will have to wait until after class.

In full view of everyone, Lu Ke sat back down next to Johanna.

Then Johanna turned and looked at Lu Ke: "I want to join."

Lu Ke was stunned for a moment: "What?"

"Your plan to discover secrets and hunt for treasure."

Johanna looked serious, as if she could not refuse.

Lu Ke shook his head helplessly: "That's not a plan."

But Johanna shook her head: "Don't try to lie to me, I want to join."

Lu Ke smiled bitterly.

It seemed like he couldn't refuse.

"I hope you won't be disappointed in the end."

Johanna shook her head: "As long as you are not disappointed, I will not be disappointed."

Lu Ke didn't say anything else. Class time was coming soon. Slytherin's first-year wizards climbed up the stairs together after eating, preparing to go to Defense Against the Dark Arts with Ravenclaw.

The classroom is on the second floor. For some reason, Lu Ke feels that this classroom is a little more spacious than other classrooms. There is a steel chandelier hanging on the top, and the layout inside has a very Indian feel.

When everyone entered the classroom, a very tall middle-aged man walked in.

He is Jerry Smith.

"Welcome to the Defense Against the Dark Arts class, the most valuable class in the entire Hogwarts and the most worthy of a warrior's efforts."

The students in the classroom reacted very coldly.

After all, there isn't a single Gryffindor here right now.

"The main spirit of this course is to let you know how to fight against the dangers in the magical world and protect yourself. The objects we need to understand include dangerous magical animals, black magic, and how to deal with them."

After saying this, the American man waved his wand handsomely: "Speak like a wolf and come flying!"

Then a huge gray wolf flew into the classroom and stopped in front of it.

Lu Ke raised his wand unconsciously.

There is no doubt that it is a very dangerous animal, a wolf as big as a calf. If it attacks humans, then probably no one here can run away.

The little wizards in the classroom are not as nervous as Lu Ke. They trust their teacher.

Jerry Smith smiled: "Please don't be nervous, the talking wolf will not attack with fangs and claws, it will always use its tongue."

Then suddenly, the gray wolf squatting on the ground spoke and began to speak in the voice of a middle-aged man: "Then why did I grow sharp teeth and claws? Your teacher is a liar who only knows how to brag."

Lu Ke couldn't help but laugh, and then he put away his wand.

The other little wizards became nervous.

It was scary enough to see a beast that big talking, not to mention the threats coming out of its mouth.

"The Talking Wolf is an artifact animal that has influenced many wizards. Its words can cause fear deep in anyone's heart, but at the same time, it can also bestow blessings on those who are truly brave. As the first lesson in Defense Against the Dark Arts, I think One thing you need to understand is that everyone has fear, but fear can be overcome."

After speaking, Professor Smith raised his finger and pointed at Lu Ke: "That gentleman, come here."

Lu Ke stood up and walked to the front of the classroom.

Smith stretched out his hand and pulled Lu Ke in front of him, facing the other students: "Everyone of you below will stand in front of the talking wolf. It will talk to you. It doesn't matter what you say. Remember, you must see your own fears clearly. "

Then Smith pushed Lu Ke in front of the talking wolf: "You are the first, Mr. Lu Ke."

Lu Ke smiled at the talking wolf.

This kind of thing is still very interesting, especially if you know a little bit about talking wolves.

Of course, Lu Ke didn't know anything about the talking wolf, a magical creature in the magical world. This didn't appear in any textbooks.

He was familiar with the Talking Wolf in Muggle legend.

In the legends of the indigenous Indians of Northern America, there is always a talking wolf. It is very cunning and cruel, but possesses savage strength and wisdom. It is the representative of the savage vitality of the wilderness of Northern America.

"Hello, Talking Wolf."

The talking wolf was silent for a long time, and Lu Ke couldn't help but speak first.

"I have seen through your secret."

The talking wolf had a cunning look on his face, and that expression looked really scary on the face of a gray wolf.

Lu Ke, however, had no feeling of fear at all: "My secret? Am I a squib?"

The talking wolf fell silent.

A soft laugh rose from the back of the classroom.

"You can't graduate from Hogwarts. You're a squib. You can't cast any spells at all. You will definitely fail Charms and Transfiguration!"

The talking wolf began to show its fangs at Lu Ke.

Lu Ke nodded: "I made an agreement with Professor McGonagall, and she will let me pass."

Then the talking wolf's tail began to burn.

Professor Smith quickly raised his wand: "Clear water like a spring!"

A stream of water appeared, extinguishing the flames and freeing the Talking Wolf, who was spinning in circles in pain.

Then Professor Smith nodded to Lu Ke: "If you were in the ancient Indian tribe, you would now be a brave man respected by everyone, plus five points for Slytherin."

Lu Ke nodded and returned to his seat.

"It seems that I made a mistake by choosing Mr. Lu Ke. I originally wanted to show off my skills in talking to the talking wolf."

Professor Smith looked at the classroom: "Each of you has to talk to the talking wolf, so the order doesn't matter. That one is the girl next to Mr. Luke."

Johanna walked up.

"Remember, I'm here."

Professor Smith had a confident and gleaming smile.

Johanna nodded and walked up to the talking wolf.

Then Talking Wolf smiled: "Ah, an orphan, a girl no one wants."

Johanna turned pale instantly.

The smile of the talking wolf became more obvious: "You can't keep your last relative. There is no limit to human stupidity, but the limit of ability is always too small."

Johanna wordlessly took out her wand and pointed it at the talking wolf.

Professor Smith quickly said: "No, no, no, you can't cast magic spells here, you have to talk to the talking wolf!"

Johanna didn't even turn her face and replied coldly: "Shut up, America, you bumpkin, nouveau riche!"

There was a sudden silence in the classroom.

"You are the thing that no one wants. You were put in a cage, crossed the ocean, and came to a place where no one knows you. You are still full of stink!"

The talking wolf looked confused.

It has never met anyone who spoke to it like this.

"You show your fangs and claws but don't know how to use them. What can a person who can only talk change?"
