From Dusk till Dawn!

"Family?" Song Tianyi scoffed, "The family who is responsible for my mother's misery, her death?"

Old Master Song couldn't take it anymore, "What do you mean by we're responsible for my wife's death?"

"I'm not talking about your wife, Old Master Song," Song Tianyi coldly spoke, "I'm talking about my real mother...my biological mother."

Everyone in the grand hall was too shocked to say anything. 

Grandpa Tang who was thinking about his daughter, finally snapped out of his trance at this point as he glanced at his old friend, "Jiren, did you impregnate someone back then?"

Song Tianyu glared at his father accusingly. If it was before, then he would've blindly believed his father. But after knowing his father's and father-in-law's colorful youth history, he did not know who to believe anymore.

Grandpa Song was speechless. What kind of friend would say something like this at this time?

Grandpa Tang paused for a moment, "You don't have to look at me like that. I was just stating a possibility," Back in those days, they had one woman in each of their arms. 

Since a second son had sprouted, then the old man must have scattered his seed accidentally somewhere. 

"Yes, it is indeed true," Song Tianyi coldly spoke, "You did impregnate one of your women. You knew it when you had me but you deceived me for years," The man closed his eyes, taking a few deep breathes, "I don't want to discuss anything else," He stood up from the couch and walked towards the direction he remembered was his room. 

Even though he couldn't see, he was trained properly enough in other aspects but Si Xiu quickly went to support him.

Nobody stopped them as everyone's expressions were complicated at the moment. 

Tang Li could feel that this hard-hearted uncle of hers wasn't the person he showed himself to be. Even though he had always wanted to kill her, for who knows what reason, he didn't do it when he had the chance instead he just acted as a hostage trying to play games with them.

Song Tianyu sighed. They had drifted apart when they were young, he was 13 or something while Song Tianyi was 11 at that time. His father had been looking for his second son over the years. And as he grew up and started to get the influence of the Song Family under his control, he spared no efforts to look for his brother but all their efforts ended up near a dead end. All information they got concluded that Song Tianyi was dead.

From the moment Si Xiu appeared in their lives, they were sure that his brother was not dead. And meeting him after decades, he did not know how happy he was. But it was very unexpected that the same brother is hating him now.

"Father, what Tianyi said....was it true?" Half brother or not, Song Tianyi would always be his younger brother. Right now, all he wanted was to get to the bottom of everything.

Grandpa Song was speechless, "Do you think I am such a person who will lie to you all for all these years? Or am I a fool who won't know who is the mother of his child? Or do you think I cheated on your mother?" The more he spoke, the more he was getting riled up. 

"Could be all you mentioned," Grandpa Tang remarked, ''After all. you did have many women at that time."

Mo Yuhan and Tang Li exchanged glances. Was it the proper time to discuss who had how many women during their youth?

Si Xiu who just descended the staircase found herself speechless. 

Song Tianyu simply wanted to stop both the old men before they could throw more knives at each other or embarrass themselves in front of their grandchildren. "Father-"

"Don't call me father. You are my adopted child. Humph!" Grandpa Song snarled at the man, shutting him up mid-sentence. 

Song Tianyu: "_" What did I do? Am I being disowned?

Grandpa Song then glared at Grandpa Tang, "You have some nerve to taunt me about the past. Did you forget that you were the shameless fellow who slept with my ex-girlfriend?"

Everyone: "_" 

Tang Li cleared her throat, getting their attention, "Isn't there any proof that Uncle is your and Grandma Song's child?" She asked Grandpa Song. 

The old man paused for a moment, "There is. All the children born in the royal families get the DNA tests done after one year of their birth. I still have the reports. But he...."

"I know what you're worried about. Although he can't see, he will listen to your explanations," Si Xiu interrupted to which Tang Li nodded before adding, "Just give him some space before you talk to him about everything. I don't think he hates you or all. It is just that misunderstanding is planted in his heart over the years which isn't that easy to get rid of."

Grandpa Song sighed as he sat back on the couch, "I can only do that right now," He was meeting his son after years yet he had to wait for the right time to talk to him. 

At this moment, Song Tianyu received a text from his assistant. 

He stood up from the couch before walking towards Tang Li, "Talk with your Grandpas here, I have some work-related matters to deal with," He said, stroking her head. 

Tang Li nodded as she smiled at him. 

He smiled and turned around to leave. 

"Uncle, do you need my help?" Si Xiu asked. 

''Alright, Xiu'er, get me the file of the recent project and come to the study."

Si Xiu glanced at Tang Li and Mo Yuhan, "Cousin, Cousin-in-law, see you later."

Both of them nodded at her.

One thing that Song Tianyu was relieved about was at least their kids' relationship was nothing like their fathers'. Although, he kept Si Xiu's identity a secret when he sent her to Ash Corps to be Tang Li's secretary for her safety, but at least his daughter accepted it in the end and wasn't angry at him for lying to him.

"We'll also take our leave now," Tang Li said as soon as they left.
