From Dusk till Dawn!

"You would end up looking like a piece of coal if you keep sitting there like this," Tang Li walked towards Si Xiu who wasn't sleeping on the lounge chair near the deck.

"You…" Si Xiu stood up from her sleeping position in a flash, "President…Ouch…" Her sudden movement caused her waist pain to start all over again.

She walked towards Tang Li and stood before the woman.

Tang Li folded her hands across her chest, "Why are you limping?"

Si Xiu cleared her throat. After looking at her serious face, she could not bring herself to lie. It was already a miracle that she was taking the initiative to talk to her after she lied to her once. Who knows if she will be this lucky again?

"Umm…One-night-stand,'' She answered.

Tang Li raised an eyebrow. Instead of asking something, she unbuttoned her shirt and removed her skirt, "Why don't I join you?" She asked standing in her peach-colored bikini.

Si Xiu, who was already in a bikini, eagerly nodded. Maybe cousin would give her a chance to explain, she thought to herself.

"Stop ogling at me already,'' Tang Li said, taking a sip from the glass of cocktail she was holding.

Both the women were sleeping on the luxurious lounge chair on the deck of the yacht.

"You have a golden figure," Si Xiu muttered.

Even she as a woman was crushing over her cousin. It must have been pretty tough for cousin-in-law to chase the bees away from her this flower, Si Xiu thought to herself.

Little did anyone know the moment a business partner, some client, or any 'man' in the world has some other intentions for Tang Li, Mo Yuhan had made the necessary arrangements for them to migrate, leaving them with no option. Pestering his wife and hovering around her was a big 'no-no'.

''You are not bad too," Tang Li adjusted her glasses before looking at Si Xiu, "But your makeup can't hide those hickeys properly. I will give you mine, it will work,'' She has become an expert in it lately, all credits going to her man.

Si Xiu's lips twitched, "Errr…President, that was just a one-time thing, an accident. We both were drunk and… well it just happened."

"Call me cousin," Tang Li calmly said, leaving the woman shocked.

"I…Can I?" Si Xiu had an expression of disbelief and excitement written all over her face.

''It's fine if you don't want to…"

"No No…I want to call you cousin," Si Xiu excitedly sat up on the lounge chair before extending her hand towards Tang, ''Hi, cousin. I am Si Xiu. Although the daughter of Song family, but I am taking my mother's surname so I did not lie to you about that. Did you forgive me for hiding my real identity from you?"

"I did," Tang Li chuckled and grabbed the woman's hand before dragging her towards herself, and enveloping her in a bear hug.

"Thank you," Si Xiu said, as they broke the hug.

Tang Li shook her head, "I just did not see this coming yesterday so don't mind my reaction."

Initially, she was very angry and disappointed at being lied to. In fact, she was losing her calm over small things lately and it bothered her.

After having her chocolate desserts, then talking to Mo Yuhan, she realized that it was fine in the end. At least, Si Xiu wasn't there with some hidden motives.

Given how protective she felt over her and how she found her secretary so adorable, it was already nice to have her as a cousin.

Both the women talked a lot of things regarding why Master Song sent Si Xiu to be her secretary.

They hid it from her because if she knew the truth, she would not let her be involved in all this.

Si Xiu also mentioned her father who was the younger brother of Master Song. All the shreds of evidence point towards his death but her existence contradicted it.

Not wanting to continue with these stressful issues, Tang Li changed the topic.

''So, coming back to the point, who is this man? Do I know him? Moreover, I thought you liked Li Yu, was it him?"

Si Xiu shook her head, "Li Yu…he is engaged to someone else. As for that man, you know him."

After talking to Ye Jie, she got to know that he overheard the conversation between her and her cousin, getting her identity revealed in the process.

But he could not stop himself from mentioning it when she was insulted for her background.

"Who is he?" Tang Li glanced at her curiously.

"Ye…"

Tang Li's phone went off interrupting their conversation. She glanced at the caller ID before looking at Si Xiu, "It is Lin Shi. Must be something related to the company. I'll meet you later."

Si Xiu nodded.

Putting on her dress, Tang Li walked away from the place leaving Si Xiu alone.

Si Xiu sighed in relief as a huge smile made its way to her face. Amongst all the mess in her life, at least something good happened. Despite knowing the truth, her cousin forgave her and she felt a huge burden being lifted off her shoulder.

This matter has been bothering her since the day she decided to come to the US with Tang Li.

Sitting back on the lounge chair, she continued drinking her cocktail until…

'Swish'

Si Xiu stood up from the lounge chair in a flash before looking around but there was no one here.

But…she heard some fast movements. She was sure that it was not her illusion.

'Swish'

She turned to the other side but there was nothing unusual.

''How strange,'' Today, she was feeling kind of strange for some reason, as if someone was monitoring all their moves in the yacht.

But she didn't find anything unusual despite looking around.

She picked her phone before calling Song Tianyu.

It was better to be safe than sorry. Rather than regretting her actions afterward, she decided to take some precautions right now.

The call got connected on the third ring and she spoke up, "Uncle…I lied to you... We are not on a business trip. We…"
