Chronicles of The Hardships of Komachi in The Sengoku Era

In early January of one thousand five hundred and seventy-one

On New Year's Eve, Nobunaga's banquet becomes luxurious with each passing year.

Of course, three kinds of rice noodles were prepared: rice noodles made from prawns, kelp rolls, brocade eggs, rice noodles, and so on.

Alcohol was not turbid, but precious sake was served, and in a sense it was also a dish that showed the power of Nobunaga. But I can't help it.

Nobunaga suffered huge defeats in diplomacy and joint intelligence last year, and was at one point placed on an opportunity to survive.

Nobunaga, who painstakingly took off the crisis, but the wound was not shallow.

Kasei Mori, the Sumitomo, was unable to stand on the front line due to injuries sustained during the Battle of Usayama Castle, losing a large number of warlords and soldiers, and sending out a large number of renegades.

The loss of another warlord is a great pain in the ass for the chronically undercommanded Oda army.

Kasei Mori also left active duty, which greatly changed the power relations within the military.

Until now, Kasei Mori, Nobunaga's right-hand man, was the culmination of the army, but his retirement made the next five generals, Katsuya Shibata, Changsu Tanyu, Ichigo Takikawa, Mitsuki Akechi and Hideyoshi Hanzai, mutually restrain each other around the culmination of the army.

Under five generals, Shizuko also began to have direct influence inside the Oda army.

Originally, he indirectly had weapons and ammunition manufacture and replenishment, increased food production, etc., but his defense of Uzayama Castle in Shiga's formation, and his martial arts, which, though with Tokugawa's army, drove Mr. Hexagon away, led him to be recognized as a leading warlord.

What makes the Shizuko Army different from other armies is that it is based on its ability to build a castle and its strategy to minimize sacrifices without risking it.

"The museum is in an increasingly good mood to play with the super age (over the age), and the pleasure is immense. I would like to celebrate the beginning of the year, Your Majesty."

(Translation: We would like to express our sincere pleasure that your museum is in a good mood and has passed the year. I wanted to say hello to you at the beginning of the year.

Shizuko serves as a sign of New Year's salute. Shizuko basically serves on the 2nd of New Year of each year, giving an elderly greeting to Nobunaga. This affects the opening of tea water on New Year's Day.

During the Warring States, tea water was widely passed on not only to people and warlords, but also to women.

Chiriku's daughter had a record of being taught, and Hideyoshi's birth mother and the North Government (Kitanomanozo) had received tea guides from Chiriku.

However, from the tea ceremony flow from Furuda (Sioux) Weave (Vagina), where Kobori Yuanzhou brought about a fashion known as Chiriku and "weave preference," until the establishment of its own Huado, tea soup is basically entertaining with kaiseki dishes.

Especially in New Year's Eve tea water, the Oda clan and ministers meet together, so the political color comes out strong. Therefore, Shizuko has a strong desire to avoid the tea water of New Year's Eve whenever possible.

"Um, nice to see you again this year."

Nobunaga replies in a good mood to Shizuko's greeting.

If you're done greeting Nobunaga, you'll attend the regular banquet, and if you're done, you'll go home. However, it is necessary to take a few days from the next day to greet other Oda ministers.

At the end of the year's greetings, the next step is to go into the task of compiling this year's development plan.

Although having influence within the Oda family has the disadvantage of being caught up in extra political upheaval, it has the advantage of making it easier to pass through large projects.

And last year, Shizuko was in an even easier position to win a budget by raising martial arts. The size and number of developments will inevitably increase if the budget increases.

"This year we have mirrors, magnets, hexameters, rangefinders (soakers), day clock compasses, various circular calculators, mechanical marine chronometers, sterling engines...... kinda high number"

Mirrors, magnets, hexameters, rangefinders, day clock compasses, and various circular calculators have already been completed, but the main focus of the plan is to standardize these tools and create a mass production system.

In particular, mirrors are hexadeciphers, rangefinders (buckwheat gauges) and magnets are important components of the daily clock compass. Creating a system that can be mass-produced industrially is important.

"Chronometer's good later, but I'd like a sterling engine soon"

In 1816, Robert Sterling, a Scottish pastor, developed an external combustion engine that heated and cooled the gas (or air) in the cylinder from the outside and used volume changes to get a job.

Unlike steam engines that had frequent high-pressure steam boiler explosions, sterling engines using low-pressure air were not at risk of boiler explosions.

Its advantages spread instantly and many sterling engines were manufactured, but it was removed from the mainstream of power after the invention of gasoline and diesel engines decades later.

Stirling engines, however, which have demonstrated high thermal efficiency, have continued to be studied ever since, and in recent years have also been studied for the purpose of non-oil energy use.

Sterling engines have the advantages of quiet engines, high efficiency in principle, unlike petrol and diesel engines, free of harmful components in exhaust gases and, above all, not choosing heat sources.

However, the difficulty of ensuring airtightness when creating engines with large outputs, which cannot be used to scale the engines, is given as a technical challenge.

There are several types of sterling engines, but Shizuko's first goal is a free-piston sterling engine that uses hot water as a heat source.

It has the advantage that it is possible to manufacture with smaller but smaller output parts and that it is good if the heat source is hot water.

Once the sterling engine running in hot water is complete, the second stage changes the heat source from hot water to satsumo potatoes.

Sugar potatoes are chosen for reasons of ease of cultivation, high yields make aerial cultivation possible, excellent energy crops among natural energies such as coal alternative chips if dried, gasoline alternative ethanol if fermented and methane gas if heated with beef fins.

When crops are used for fuel rather than for food in modern times, price hikes arise but need not be taken into account in warring times.

But using food for fuel was a last resort and static thought.

If sterling engines are put into practice, it is the ships that will benefit the most.

With the incorporation of screw propellers, the speed of movement increases dramatically, both as a military ship and as a transport ship.

Increased speed of movement also leads to increased backward support and succession capabilities.

"Yes, let's hear what's going on with the screw propeller"

So Shizuko finally realizes she doesn't know much about the current state of the screw propeller.

A serious lapse in her original, but time was taken to respond to the first Oda siege net by Shiga's formation, and no time was taken at all with regard to ship reform.

Shizuko reaches out to Shinagaku's navy, the Kuki Suigun, through Cai.

The Nine Ghosts Navy is one of the few in the Oda Army that is not prominently active right now, but is led by Jiugu Kalong (OK).

As Nobunaga and Hideyoshi's embraced sailors until they lost and harmed themselves in the battle of Sekigahara, the Kyugi sailors did remarkable work.

The most famous in his background is the construction of a large, iron-stretched, cheap ship, the so-called Ironclad Ship (Tekosen), which he built after the tragic defeat of the Battle of the First Kizu estuary.

Although the construction of the Ironclad ship has not been carried out, the practical application of the screw propeller, the roasting balls used by the Maori army, the countermeasures of the roasting arrows used by the Miscellaneous People, and the practical application of the tornadoes have been carried out.

Though enormous funds will be needed, Nobunaga's demonstration of understanding will not deplete research funds.

If the screw propeller becomes practical, it will increase the speed of travel, and if the dragonbone becomes practical, it will be possible to attack the body per military ship.

There are three basic types of military ships that existed during the Warring States: large cheap ships (Takebu), medium-sized Kansai ships (Shikebu), and small early birds (Kohaya).

In addition, there are cargo ships carrying soldiers and soldiers (nibbles), well towers (blades) formed on ships and cargo ships, and well towers (blades) attacking enemy military ships from high positions.

However, all Japanese ships employ shipbuilding methods that do not use dragon bones and stop the plate material from being connected with nails.

For this reason, although it has the advantage of being lightweight and quick, it has a more fragile (figurative) structure than Western and Chinese ships and is vulnerable to damage caused by collisions.

Thus, eating an attack with an angle of impact (so-called), which is a fixed weapon for hitting your body, can cause you to fall unnavigable or sink to the worst.

However, the angle of impact has the disadvantage of causing great damage in the event of a collision with an allied ship, and due care should be taken when using it.

A few days later, Karon sent me a letter of reply, but to sum up the contents, I said, 'I can't deal with you right now because development is a good place. I am reporting the current situation to Oda ".

Considering that he really didn't have time to deal with them, or was alert to leaking information due to double reporting, where he didn't know what was really going on, but the other person's reaction wasn't aromatic, Shizuko decided to send him a letter with a no-fault reply.

"I wonder how the pepper grew. I haven't had a chance to be seen, so let's check it out within now."

House cultivation of pepper was a succession of failures at first, but is now beginning to be on track. If things are going well now, we can harvest pepper early next year and again next year at the latest.

After next year, there will be no trouble making seedlings, and it is possible to gradually increase domestic production in Japan.

"You're doing well. Because pepper is a must for meat dishes... well, I don't need that much right now."

If there is a problem, the pepper commonly used in meat is that it consumes less Japanese than westerners.

In contrast, the consumption of chili rose exceptionally. Rather than being preferred as a single chili pepper, it was caused by the creation of seven seasoned chili peppers, mainly chili peppers (mixed spices).

Nobunaga's rush to open stores has made each industry very popular. In particular, the building industry was busy and carpenters were called from all over the country, not just enough carpenters in Kyo.

The problem here is the carpenter's meal. Especially since local carpenters are on a single assignment, the question arose as to how to quench the frustrations of the meal.

The reason I can't get rid of it in a simple restaurant is because artisans don't like to be full and take their meals in small pieces.

Fast foods, especially soba noodles, were preferred because it was better to eat quickly than to eat calmly at the waist.

Kake soba is naturally popular among carpenters engaged in building work from autumn to winter due to its preferred way of eating in cold weather.

The only early drug taste was leeks, but when Goro was staying in Kyo last year, he tried Heavenly Peppers and Seven Mixed Peppers as a new drug flavor.

At this time, a carpenter who was nearby noticed Goro's behavior because he refused to the buckwheat shop instead of beating himself and tried the new drug flavour.

Goro, who also wanted someone else's opinion, asks the carpenter to try the new drug flavor. Seven chillies were the most highly regarded of these, and the story spread among carpenters, quickly becoming a pandemic.

"Next year's chili production is going to be amazing. I only use about seven chili peppers now, and I don't think there will be any other demand, so it's good."

After checking the house cultivation of pepper, also check the condition of other crops and orchards.

Orchards are quite concerned with orchards because if the harvest is successful, the seedlings are sent to other areas in turn, and the formula allows for an increase in production.

Increased production of fruit trees is also possible to blossom within a few years thanks to tangent and insertion techniques.

As they say, "Three years of peach chestnuts, eight years of plums are sushi, thirteen years of teak is a great idiot (and there are other patterns)," if grown from seeds, it takes a long time to blossom.

However, if it is grown with tangerine trees, teak will blossom in three to four years, or at the latest five years. Whether fertilizers or the way they are grown may be slower than that, on average, fruit can be harvested in four years.

Plums also last from four to five years and inserts and tangles work as well as varieties that require a long time to reach flowering fruits.

"Do you harvest minkan and then practice compound bow"

A number of training centers, such as a bow alley, were also built along with the warlords' quarters. Shizuko harvests about three minkans before entering a distant field of about 100 meters.

It is a dojo that can be said to be mostly dedicated to Shizuko, but the target is set up on three sides. Shizuko, however, also uses distant areas only during harsh winter weather.

But for Shizuko and the Bow Cavalry, who freely control the horse with their bellies and legs alone, and train their riding on the spindle, the immobility was not much training.

The Bow Cavalry, in particular, is the only elite unit in the Shizuko Squad. Particularly rigorous training content has been imposed in that connection.

"The crazy people," Oda ministers said with their mouths shut when they saw the training flowing through the heavy river and shooting it from a distance of more than 75 m.

Exactly, very little night-time training has been done, but still nocturnally, humans don't move. If you're close to 50 meters away, you still have 80% hit accuracy.

"... um, subtle"

Even if you're 100 meters away, it's not even hard to get a target hit if you get the hang of it.

But it would mean that one person is the most unmotivated. You get into training because you have a good enemy, and letting an arrow hit you on its own doesn't feel heavy pressure, nor is it funny.

"No, I can't, I can't get into training. You'd better get your winter mountain gear and find a deer."

Shizuko cuts up the training and clears up the bow field, understanding that there is no point in training in a trapped state.

"Welcome home, Shizuko."

Did you see me going home, Colour greeted me at the front door? Get rid of the dirt and give her a compound bow or something to clean up.

"Speaking of which, isn't Cai going home for New Year's Eve?

Celebrations, talents, changs, and odd circles are not New Year's relations. But Cai has never talked about going back home at once.

On further thought, Shizuko now realised that she had never heard of Colour's family situation.

"Didn't the innkeeper tell you? I have no home to go home to or relatives to rely on. So like everyone else, I will never go home."

"Uh... uh, if you don't mind telling me...?

"It's not about hiding anything else, so nothing is the problem. As you know, the world is a turmoil. As everywhere, my parents and brothers were caught up in a fight and killed. I don't remember relatives, so I don't know if they're alive or dead."

Even though I expected it, Shizuko couldn't hide her shock at what Cai himself had told me. But I keep saying that color is no big deal, but I keep my words on with my usual calm, grown-up face.

"After that, I was picked up by the Hall, and now I serve Shizuko."

"Yeah...... sorry about something"

"As I said earlier, it's a story that's everywhere. It's nothing to worry about. And don't worry, we're not selling. Therefore, Shizuko may not be infected (with depression)."

Shizuko's first impression of the colors was "grown-up child". But when she heard of her predicament, she realized that it was an error.

In less than ten years, Colour set himself up in an environment where he could not live unless he was an adult.

(I see you were opening my room at the beginning because that's what you were on assignment for)

Shizuko was finally convinced of the meaning given to her sudden small-time use. Nevertheless, she has nothing to do, nor is she willing to steam back stories of the past now.

Nobunaga didn't consider Shizuko to be a trustworthy person at the time, but it's okay to say that letting Shizuko monitor him with a woman's small-time use gives Shizuko a certain consideration.

"That's not what I care about. Ma, I won't do anything to change my attitude now because I learned about Cai's past, so you don't have to worry about Cai's birth either. False births are common among warlords."

There is a lot of uncertainty about Akechi Mitsuhide and Hideyoshi Kishita Fujiro, who will later become the two top Oda family members, and about the birth of the two.

My background also remains to some extent, but there are a lot of ambiguities in the early days, and there are some suspicious aspects of whether I really handled it. Compared to that, it was not enough to take from Shizuko, such as the fact that Colour lived a slave life in the past.

"I don't care, so Cai doesn't care."

Shizuko forcefully broke off the story so as to pay for the nearly heavier air.

A hot spring springs up where Shizuko lives. When a lot of water gushes out every day, it drains into the river, but there is no sign of depletion at all.

The absence of volcanoes nearby classifies them as non-volcanic hot springs, but their heat sources are divided into unknown ones.

The point where the river was drained was warm even in winter, and many animals were gathered to keep warm. That could have been called an animal gathering.

But some animals are not part of the circle of the large collection of animals. This is the female Turkish Angora Hana who gave birth last year.

Turkish Angola has been in estrus since about September and often gives birth about two months later in November.

Akechi Mitsu-su and Fujitaka Hoshikawa were stillborn due to childbirth failure, Nobunaga and Mae Ku were also born three. Two died a month ago. Shizuko guessed that the kitten couldn't stand the cold.

At Shizuko's, Hannah sat in a natural heating room, where she gave birth to four. The men couldn't take a bath for days because they occupied the men's hot water side, but watched with a cheeky smile, especially without complaining.

He appealed to me to take a water bath and have no problems, such as Changke, who was straining most on the kitten's birth. Regardless, it goes without saying that I fell asleep with a cold at a later date.

Then for a month, while checking on the field scope, I left it to Hannah, my mother and cat. Because all of a sudden the mother cat gives up raising the kitten so that the switch switches if it's too good for the kitten.

But after a month, you have to put a lot of clothes on the kitten. Especially from about a month onwards, she needs to be fed breastfeeding as well as mother's milk.

It is no exaggeration to say that shiatsu and parenthood determine the character and ability of the kitten between the first six months of life when the kitten is independent of the parent cat.

But when it comes to kittens a month old, they are very good at eating toys no matter what.

Usually mothers and cats give live rats, but the fact that there are many animals to prey on if rats are found made it very difficult to find rats.

Instead they made spheres out of factis and gave them simple rubber balls protected with cloth, but the food was more than expected. I played rubber balls against them every day, and occasionally the changer snuck up on me like a cat.

Though I don't think we've discovered the longevity, unfortunately, the location where Hannah is was a position that could be monitored in the field scope, so everyone was to know immediately.

Everyone didn't touch me because I would be angry if I made a point, and I watched with a cheeky smile.

Although Shepherd had a few days of discrepancies, it was time to enter the estrus phase. I don't know how many years old I am, but I think two years is beyond, and Shizuko starts a plan with Shepherd as a Tai Female.

That's the German-Shepherd-Wolfdock project, which is to be a high-iron wolf on a seed dog and a German-Shepherd-Dock on a Taiwanese woman. The mating plan is close to Sirlos Wolfhond, native to the Netherlands.

A wolf dog (Wolfdock), as the name suggests, refers to a breed of dog created based on a crossing or mating between a dog and a wolf.

A werewolf dog with a high degree of sociability, excellent hearing and sense of smell, and high intelligence, but very independent. The reason why there are few werewolf dogs in modern times is because they fall into the difficult category to stick with.

Regardless, Shizuko didn't think of the Wolfdock plan just because she wanted it.

Even if I remain in the corner of history as I am now, Vitman, Kaiser, and Kaenig will not remain. She therefore wanted to mark history with proof that they lived through turbulent times.

But there's a big problem. The wolf is mated only by the top pair of herds, but the status quo is not the vertex of the herd, Shizuko, but Vitman and Balti mate.

I mated dogs here with Kaiser, Kanich, and Ardelheit, and I didn't know if the herd would make it out to be fulfilled.

I tried Rutz and Shepherd first, but the sudden isolation raised Rutz's stress and failed.

Ritter quickly mated whether he was watching his parents mate or whether he thought he could leave if he mated.

What a quick action, but I still had a sweet habit for a while of being stressed out with a dog I didn't know about.

Earlier in the day, Ardelheit would fail by showing intense aggressiveness against Shepherd.

Kanich was a very pale night. Did you immediately understand the situation? Mate with Shepherd. But Shizuko hastily opened him up because all she had to do was tell him to get it out as soon as he was done.

Kaiser, like Kanich, was understanding but this one was more serious. I didn't leave Shizuko's place for a while, and the more sweet habits I had when she was asleep, the better.

Unlike Ritter, Kaiser broke a little bone because of his giant, but he thought it was cheap considering the herd didn't collapse, and dated the Kaisers' sweet habits for a while.

This inherits three genes, and later sorts the good individuals out of the puppies they were born with, and mates them further with Shiba dogs and the like, thus creating an excellent German-Shepherd Wolfdock.

Shizuko hoped that their son would act as a guard dog in a later life.

"I'm asking for a male eagle, but I don't think it'll be transported any time soon. I think Aka and Kro will bring them on their own, but I have a feeling they're going to nest in us."

I read the report. Shizuko had a headache. The eagle asked Floyce to transport the male eagle to Japan because of the raptors who would not change the connection for the rest of their lives.

But capturing the eagle was difficult, and it was even more unknown whether the siloganes would like the males. Unknown varieties lead to acorns and clogans, two of which will find their own connection.

"Dear Shizuko, I have received an example from the Accompanying Heavenly Union"

"Oh! Have you finally worn it! Quickly, keep the example in the hot spring room (...)!

When he throws the report he was reading around it, Shizuko returns to his room in a whim. After sighing, Cai picked up a report that Shizuko threw away.

"You rot fast, cocoa."

Shizuko sighs even though she knows that the majority of the open fruit was rotten.

The plant that Shizuko asked Floyce for, that's the seedlings and seeds of coffee and cocoa she asked for last year.

Although cocoa tends to be impossible to cultivate in Japan, there are actually several farms where cocoa is cultivated in Izu.

The secret to how cocoa grows in the tropics is the drainage of water from the hot springs.

The water coming out of the hot springs is largely unused and discarded. Shizuko's hot springs did not leak as an example, and most of them were not used and flowed into the river.

Although it is utilized there for egg fusion, flushing it into a soupong aquaculture pond, and turning it into a water bath for the birds, none of the hot spring drainage water is necessarily an essential facility.

I wanted a crop that could be grown because there was hot spring drainage water, and the crop that Shizuko laid eyes on that thought was pepper.

And she was convinced that the completion of the vinyl house extra needed for cultivation would allow hot spring hot water drainage to flow inside the vinyl house and virtually create a rainforest climate.

None of the cultivation methods known as hot spring hot air cultivation or hot spring heat cultivation were conceived by Shizuko. At an altitude of 800 m, there are cultivated farmers who have successfully cultivated bananas using hot spring drainage water in the Okinawa Onsen Township.

He already succeeded in cultivating palms, cocoa and dragon fruit systems as well as bananas, proving that cultivation using hot spring drainage water has a lot of effect.

Some farmers succeeded in cultivating cocoa pesticide-free in Izu, and further commercial use proved that it could be cultivated at low cost.

In modern times it is not a problem, but a problem in warring times is the difficulty of collecting vinyl for vinyl houses and metal parts like iron pipes.

But Okabe combined bamboo, soft trees and hard trees to solve the problem and create a stunning wooden vinyl house.

Shizuko couldn't thank Okabe for making the request, but the person at the time felt like "give me a break already".

Under Okabe's cooperation, three vinyl houses were completed that recreated the only rainforest climate of the Warring States.

The majority of the water coming out of the hot springs was to be flowed to the vinyl house, but with the almost limited number of people using the hot springs water, it would have been fine if Nobunaga had restricted it only when using it.

The difference with modern vinyl houses is that they could only be installed close to Shizuko's house to send hot spring drainage water and that they cannot be put in unless they are from Shizuko's house to get inside only one of the three houses.

Even in winter, the temperature was more than 20 degrees and the ability to create high humidity made it relatively easier to grow pepper.

We plan to increase the number of peppers grown in the future, but with the extra time available, Shizuko began to think it would be a waste to grow only peppers in a vinyl house.

At first I thought about growing bananas, but seedless bananas were born of coincidence, and in the Warring States era there were only seeds and bananas with as hard seeds as adzuki grains.

I wondered about the other fruit, but I couldn't think of any fruit that this was. But one day, while sipping soybean coffee, a crop appeared behind Shizuko's brain. That's the cocoa tree.

The first European to get cocoa seeds is Columbus. He got cocoa seeds near what is now Honduras on his fourth voyage and took them back to Spain.

But I didn't even know how to use it, so not a single person realized its value.

Whoever realised the value of cocoa in Europe was Hernan Cortes of Conquistador, and he found out how to use it in Asteca in 1519.

Since then, chocolate with added sugar and spices (chocolate) has been welcomed by the upper classes and cultivation sites were built on Trinidad Island in 1526.

As a static child, I would have liked the Trinitario species, but the Trinitario species, like seedless bananas, is a variety that was born in the 18th century with accidental products and is unavailable.

Thus, during the Warring States era, only two species existed: the Criolo species, which attracted the upper classes of Europe, and the inexpensive Folastero species.

Cacao, which is normally a Spanish monopoly, was kept secret and impossible to obtain.

But Floyce had become a celebrity whose name was known not only inside the Jesuits but also to royal aristocrats throughout Europe for finding a way to treat septicaemia.

So many people wanted to get into it, and using that point, Floyce succeeded in letting the Spanish merchants bring out the cocoa fruit in secret.

Freus, who received it from the Spanish merchant, gave it to Nobunaga with his book, and Nobunaga read the book and sent the fruit of the cocoa to Shizuko. Shizuko, who received it, made a huge donation to Floyce along with the cost.

The reason for the large amount of donations was that Floyce and the others were building churches in Kyo, but they were underfunded, and were subjected to sabotage or theft of building materials from each organization.

Regardless, Shizuko did not sprout in the Christian faith, let alone sympathize with the Floyces.

We have only made a contribution of up-front investment to import overseas crops through the Jesuits into Japan.

"Wow, it smells amazing because it's rotten. Wow. Take out the seeds quickly and safely and put them in a bowl."

Break the cocoa fruit that has an average of about 30 capsules of one fruit, remove the safe seeds and plant the seeds in the pot as is.

Seeds were also removed with some anticipation from the rotten cocoa fruit, but 90% of the species were rotten.

Still, fortunately, there were many species, and both varieties were able to collect between 30 and 40 species.

"Even if I say it's being passed down to Java, Indonesia, by Spanish hands, I knew you had poor transportation skills during the Warring States. Ugh, kusa. Let's get rid of the incineration."

It should be noted that Cacao was passed on to the Indonesian island of Java in 1560, but commercial production began only in the 20th century.

Unlike coffee, cocoa is not produced in large-scale plantations and is grown around the world. The reason lies in the botanical properties of cocoa.

Cacao trees are shady trees and need to be grown in the shade of other trees until they grow. In that relationship, cocoa is vulnerable to strong sunlight, a crop that cannot be cultivated in one single crop over a vast area.

Instead of reaping the benefits of scale, however, it is suitable for blending with bananas. It is therefore a suitable crop for small farmers to grow in one hand.

"If that's what you mean, I guess I should have demanded Cassava, not wild species bananas. I can't help what I don't. Let's leave something properly shaded until the banana grows."

Cacao trees need to create shade and for this reason they are often planted with banana seedlings.

Because bananas grow faster and large, flat leaves are ideal for creating shade. Cacao can also harvest fruit from its fourth year, but bananas can be harvested earlier than that, too.

There are other conditions for growing cocoa trees.

First, we need an average temperature of 22 to 25 degrees and at least 1500 millimetres of rain per year. However, too much water causes root rot. Nor shall the average temperature fall below 15 degrees.

It is also important that humidity is always high, and land with rivers and other nearby is suitable. Never let the dry wind strike you.

The soil has no problem with clay, but the key is that the soil is deep to root, and fattened by rotten soil, etc.

The most important thing is to block direct sunlight by more than 50 percent for the first two years, which is arguably the toughest condition, although removing the shade would be fine for more than two years.

It is very difficult to reconcile the environment of cocoa cultivation in modern times. When vinyl house cultivation is carried out in Japan, heating costs from heavy and light oils alone may cost between one and two million a month.

For the record, bananas can often be mistaken for trees, but they become grass in plant taxonomy.

The probability of cocoa flowers pollinating is said to be about 1% for natural pollination and 3% for artificial pollination.

Thus it becomes a tree in two to three years, but blooming is unlikely to bear fruit, and in some cases it does not bear fruit for about seven years. Conversely, if you're lucky, you can harvest cocoa fruit from the second year, but you can't expect too much.

When the cocoa is over, the coffee tree is next.

Coffee seedlings, like cocoa, are potted away from direct sunlight. Coffee trees don't blossom fruitlessly unless they grow more than 1m.

The ideal time to insert a tree is from May to July, but I can't say more than I can't adjust when it arrives.

Whether it was a return of interest to the Ottoman Turkish Empire, hundreds of coffee tree saplings were available, but many were seen to have withered, as were others.

Appreciating the seedlings the plant hunter has taken with his life, Shizuko pots the coffee seedlings one at a time.

The remaining mangosteen, lychee, lambutan, dragon fruit, mango (mango) and fig seedlings and seeds shall each take the necessary measures.

At the end of the day, line up the planting pots and you'll be done. In a few years, it will be the only place in Japan where southern fruit grows. Shizuko thought she was looking forward to the results now.

When you finish arranging the planting pots, incinerate and dispose of rotten seedlings and debris that is no longer needed. After finishing cooking until it was charcoal, it was buried in a hole with the raw lime.

"Now I wonder if I can make chocolate in four years. No, there's fermentation and dryness, so why don't you make it that easy?"

I didn't expect to be able to have sweet chocolate like modern soon. Shizuko thought it would take a little more work to become the chocolate Nobunaga wanted.

Nobunaga had been inferred from a record left that he did not swallow alcohol and tended to prefer sweet things.

From the fact that I prefer dried persimmons and golden flat sugar, I was considered certain of the story that I like sweets.

But even from the fact that he hosts a banquet every year, Shinako speculated that Nobunaga doesn't hate alcohol, but is in a physique where he can't swallow more than people.

Then I have been devoting fruits such as minkan, wondering if it is sweet, and I have eaten quite a bit.

To see where I could eat one snack pine by myself too, I could be sure of the story of sweet things being favorites.

(On second thought, are you the first person in the world to eat chocolate sweets?

The potted pineapple is also moved into the house, and the finished work Shizuko leaves the vinyl house as she stretches. As soon as possible, the cold wind cools the body rapidly.
