"Boy. Lunch is ready."

Miss Lucien, an adventurer hired as a convoy, came to get us in the carriage.

At first it seemed like he was going to arrange and prepare meals in separate places and menus, but I asked him if it would be cumbersome to eat separately or prepare separate menus one at a time, and he returned the answer because I was the son of the Earl's family. So I said it was inefficient and the same would be fine, and to this day.

As far as they were concerned, it seemed unexpected that the nobles would mention it that way.

Seems more like people like our stupid brothers in one way or another, then it would be well, normal to have separate meals. In many ways.

"Mr. Lucien. I was wondering if you could stop your boy."

"But it is. Because he's the son of the Earl's family."

It's not that big of a deal.

In fact, I'm a shader in that house.

Now I do have a formal presence there that says I'm Clavat in West Coat... and I'd look pretty aristocratic or something, but my outfit is just an outfit. Nobility is a long way from the contents.

I'm going to behave quite a bit because the escort for this trip is only in the form of a request from the Count's family, but I just want to gear up to look like a magician once I get to the border city. Even magic wands only get cheap stuff and they make a lot of compromises.

Whatever happened earlier, it's lunch now. The landscape from the hilly area was beautiful and we talked about eating here.

Lucien led me to dinner under the blue sky with the escort adventurers. The weather is nice and idle.

Today's dishes consist of vegetable soup flavoured with salt, black bread and dried meat.

Best of all, it's great that no one pokes around the table manners. The air and rice are delicious. That's a great sense of liberation.

The escort adventurers are a party of adventurers named Forrest Bird, who are quite well-known in and around Count Gartner territory. Two warriors named Robin and Fitz as avant-garde. Miss Monica excelled at handling knives and bows and arrows. Plus a well-balanced configuration called Lucien, which allows both healing and attack magic. The ratio of men to women is also just half.

Lucien has a somewhat soft and prolonged atmosphere, and the others seem to be good. I don't really have the impression that I'm an adventurer good at rough things, but I'm sure I'm still an expert at this.

"Speaking of which, why is your boy headed to Termwilds?

and Robin, with the appearance of freckles on his brown hair, asked. You too.

"So your boy told me to stop. It's not a pattern."

"Sorry about that."

"Hehe."

Everybody, I want you to stop smiling so warm that it feels like a kid is stretching out his back and smiling.

It's the emotional problem of the people inside, and that's not what it is.

"... normally Theodore is fine"

Some people call it Theo for short.

"You live over there, don't you?

"I thought you were after a thousand dollars or something."

Monica and Fitz have asked me that.

"No, 'cause it sounds funny, Term Wills. And I hate my parents."

"I see..."

"Ah."

Answering that, they nodded as they were convinced. And after I'm convinced, I'm thinking oddly with each of them.

They're adventurers. It's possible that even people have their own reasons for choosing adventurers, and there are places to get stuck and things to think about. For the time being, I think it would be very preferable not to make fun of the aristocracy.

I'm the one who chose Forestbird as his traveling companion. There was a group of adventurers who had said they wanted to take some requests, but chose them out of them. Because I asked him what motivated me to take the request and he liked the response.

I was wondering if it would be great to even get money to head to Termwilds. That was the kind of adventurer-like reason.

They're planning to dive into the labyrinth over there after they've escorted us.

When I hired him as an escort, he was Kathleen's breathing man and assassin, I assume. Forestbird's motive also appears to be the most ridiculous reason, yet on the contrary I thought it was safe and empathetic.

Perhaps the emotions I have with Term Wills are close to the adventurers pointing at the border city. It's similar in that city is thoughtful and has dreams and hopes.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't like living in Japan very much.

Because society was mature? Hard to live, hard to die...... that sense of obstruction is frankly stuffing my breath from now on.

I don't want to live shoulder to shoulder like I've ever lived before. I also cannot bear to be unreasonably and abruptly deprived, as I did at the end of my previous self. Live on your own without anyone else.

The journey is relatively smooth. Sometimes there are escorts, and weak demons don't come close.

I decided to leave my perimeter vigilance to Forrest Bird to practice and experiment with all the magic I could think of on the road.

That said, as far as I'm concerned, as long as I can handle the magic circulation skill well, which is the liver of Battlemage, there's a good place for me to do it later.

I don't know how the other magicians in this world do it, but at least in my case I can handle magic with the same feeling I had when I was in BFO, and I literally remember how to circulate.

"Dear Theodore,"

As I let a small magic formation unfold at my fingertips to play, Grace leaned her neck and called out.

"Hmm? What?

I'm not that familiar with magic.

"Yeah."

"I've heard that magic circles are very advanced technologies."

Oh...... Really? I can chant normal, but that has a lot of disadvantages to use in battle. The biggest problem is - chanting gets fumbled when you toss.

Unchanted will basically lose its magical power, and the practicality of unchanted chanting will go as far as precisely third-class magic.

When I try to do some magic without chanting about the fourth to sixth classes, which is considered intermediate magic, the opposite slows down the activation.

Braided to overcome those problems is the method of drawing magic formations with magic in order to build magic ceremonies. They say magic circles and so on, and they promise a definite magical completion faster than chanting.

There are advantages to having a slightly larger magic power consumption for magic activation, but the advantages are greater than that. This can be acquired as a skill in the BFO... but basically it's so convenient to say that no one doesn't get it in a magic position. I guess the exception is players who only use magic entirely for production or who are feeling romantic about chanting.

"... can anyone use it? I've never had a hard time."

"Really? I'm sure Theodore's magical talent belongs to a gift."

When I answered with a smile back, Grace was as happy as I was.

Well, if you ask me if it's a gift, I can only say yes.

With an ambiguous grin, the carriage suddenly stopped moving.

"Teh, Mr. Theodore! Oh, my God!

And Lucien, sitting in your seat, called me in a panicked voice. I look out the window of the carriage surprised.

The situation was obvious without having to ask for an explanation. Deer, monkey, wolf from across the street... a lot of animals come running away.

There is something quite disturbing about it running in desperate shapes intersecting it up to goblins and cobolts. It sure is tough. A flock of animals swallows me and my horse raises my fright, but I can't move.

After checking the situation, I immediately entered the stage IV intermediate light magic, life instruction activation prep. A glowing magic formation unfolds at your feet to construct a surgical ceremony.

Making the aura light of life visible to the naked eye differs in colour from one plant, mammal, insect, reptile, fish and other large clutter classification to another. Basically, the more radiant, the more powerful the individual becomes.

The undead doesn't make sense, well. What do you see?

... purple light. You're a bug demon. Every time the purple light flies on the animal's silhouette, the red glow disappears. A lot of numbers overlap and it's hard to figure out the individual contours - but they look like ants the size of a big dog.

A bunch of killer ants? Sometimes it has the nature of causing a great deal of damage somehow, but it definitely comes this way. I'd like you to give me a break from the wildlife train act or something.

"... that's a bunch of killer ants"

"Ah, ants!? Is it a herd?!?

"Oh, let's get out of here, too!

Lucien's tempered, and everyone else is standing around. He said he was going to run. In this situation, then it would be imperative to be chased away.

In the meantime, I want to make sure Grace can protect herself no matter what she does.

"Grace. The ring."

"Yes, Master Theodore"

Bite your lips and bleed to mouth Grace's offered ring.
