"Boss aren't you going to write a response to that declaration of war?"

"Maybe after today's training"

"They are combat-ready boss!"

"Very good… Why don't you check on them?"

"Yes boss, will do!"

Daisy ran along leaving Mike alone with 20 or so servants in the inner courtyard, Mike gave a sigh, maybe it's because Julie wasn't around when he controlled Daisy but she was a lot more… shall we say near to him when she spoke with him she would inch closer to him and with that bombshell of a body of hers it proved a little hard for Mike to handle her, of course, Mike never thought of laying his hands on her after all

"Julie will kill me… Not that that would be so bad, being killed by the one you love that is…"

Mike quickly switched gears and went into training mode and showed a fearless smile

"Alright, bring in the slaves or rather today's blood bags… Let's get this show on the road!"

Mike then proceeded to do nothing he was beaten half to death by the servants, but given that this was the 9th day in a row (which is two times per day) he had been beaten up in this way his body was starting to get used to it (it also took slightly longer for him to be satisfied by the beating and use [Drink] than before) Mike showed great progress in all the things he was training which was given due to his insane training methods, halfway through training his ability to reconnect his severed limbs Mike suddenly shivered before he picked up his severed arm and quickly reconnected it, then he sat down on his knees and bowed his head down in the direction of the outer wall of the courtyard, a few moments later Serina came jumping over the wall and landed in the courtyard, on her back sat a clearly exhausted Julie that glared at Mike that was still kneeling on the ground, she quickly jumped off Serina and spoke a few words

"Explain yourself, Mike"

Mike kept kneeling in silence, a few very tense moments passed like this before Julie repeated herself, only a tone louder

"Explain yourself MIKE!"

Her voice carried in the courtyard for only a moment before it was reflected off the walls and boomed a few times, Julie's mana gradually began churning as Mike remained silent and just as she was about to yell again Mike spoke in a quiet but determined voice

"Let's get married Julie"

Julie only just managed to calm herself slightly before she blushed in full force and let out an "Eh…?", then she stammered

"W-What did you j-just say, Mike!?

Mike raised his head and looked into her eyes before he repeated himself

"Let's get married, Julie!"

'And with such a commanding voice too… He's so manly!'

Mike once again repeated

"Let's get married, Julie!"

Julie stood still and watched him like a little girl in love before she muttered out in a quiet voice

"...Yes"

Mike stood up and walked over to her before he embraced her and as he did he whispered

"But what do we need to do before we get married?"

Julie stared blankly into space before she instantly remembered her time in hell and as her eyes turned sharp and glowed with a red light she spoke

"Revenge!"

Mike whispered

"That's right Julie we need our revenge… And what do we need in order to carry out our revenge?"

The red light in Julie's eyes glowed brighter as she spoke

"Strength!"

Mike let out near manic-like laughter as he hugged Julie tighter

"HAHAHAHA! That's right Julie my dear! And are we in a position to question where that strength comes from!?"

"NO!"

Mike then suddenly broke the hug as a red light began glowing in his eyes too and he then suddenly bit his tongue and pulled Julie into a kiss, as they sheared a rather romantic kiss Julie drank Mike's blood as she did a voice sounded out in Mike's head, it sounded like something sinister, almost like something was being dragged against a blackboard, something with lots of sharp edges, but Mike understood

Mike was momentarily confused but reading countless system type novels before he instantly agreed

'Yes'

Julie opened her eyes as her red iris' spasmed horns much like the ones Mike had grown from her head while the two of them still was locked in a kiss, her horns seemed to be made of blood-red crystal, Julie screamed muffled by Mike's kiss for a few moments before she broke the kiss and the two of them looked at each other wordlessly for a bit before Julie showed a devilish smile

"Now you're mine and mine alone Mike, I won't forgive you if you go after other women!"

Mike showed a smile

"Of course Julie, you're mine and mine alone now, I won't forgive you if you run away!"

The two of them looked seriously at each other for a bit before they broke out laughing at the same time, they were clearly in sync like usual…

One and a half day later Mike suddenly awoke in the master bedroom of the mansion, beside him lay Julie clearly deep in dreamland still, the two of them had been tightly locked at the hip for the last day before they then proceeded to sleep for half a day in each other's arms but now Mike had to continue his training routine, he quickly got dressed, kissed Julie on the forehead before he left her sleeping and walked out into the hall and called out as he briskly walked down the hallway

"On me"

The demonic servants formed up on him and escorted him down to the inner courtyard, even though it was the middle of the night the servants stood ready for their master to start his training

"Bring in the blood bags!"

The slaves were brought in, they all begged for their lives (those that were able that is) but Mike slit their throats like always as the blood gathered above his head like usual, he wasn't feeling remorseful nor was he excited about killing them, they were simply a means to an end, like pushing a button in an elevator to make it up to your apartment, it was, in reality, a simple process which Mike was used to by now, after all, if he didn't train enough for the upcoming battle he would likely be the one whose throat would be slit

'Well that was tangent and a half… well whatever…'

Mike started his training and about half an hour into the training Julie walked into the inner courtyard dressed in an evening dress, Mike stopped what he was doing and walked over to meet her with a hug, Mike showed a smile and asked

"How do you feel?"

"...Weird, like my class has changed… Your horns have changed too, they're black now"

"And your's are red, like blood… it suits you, Julie"

"Thanks, Mike… Shall we go to the temple to confirm?"

"Sure, let's"

The two of them walked to the temple under heavy guard before they walked into a very luxurious prayer room and Julie checked her stats

Julie exclaimed while Mike showed a smile and spoke rather metaphorically

"Now we truly are two of a kind"

Julie felt a warmth spreading in her chest before she gave a nod and nestled into Mike's embrace as the two of them shared a moment in silence…

Deep in the void between worlds, something stirred slightly, it's body seemed gigantic but without a sense of perspective its true size remained unknown, it had long twisted goat-like horns on its forehead, wings that seemed to be cut out of darkness itself, gradually its eyes opened showing a truly hellish shade of red, then it muttered something

"**** *** **** *** ** *****..."

Then seemingly not ready to awake yet it closed its eyes once more, fading into a light sleep...
