One day,I was in my office signing some doc.u.ments when I got a call from my father's butler.

Butler Zhu told me that my father wanted me to come to the Lie's family manor.My father had some urgent issues to discuss with me.

I quickly left the doc.u.ments to Xu Feng.He could handle that much work.

Getting to the lobby of the building my driver was already on stand-by to open the door of the car for me.

Our ride from Empire building to the Lie's family manor was just fifteen minutes ride.

Entering the main building I was warmly welcomed by the servants.

She obediently sat down and they started eating while discussing about work.

After eating to her satisfaction both father and daughter moved to the sitting room to continue their conversation.

Master Lie brought up the issue of her marriage up,"Ge'er!when are you gonna get married so that you will give me grandchildren?The president even called to discuss how displeased he was with your rejection of his marriage proposal".

Lie Ruge was having an headache due to this marriage proposal issue,"Father I'm not yet ready for marriage.I have the whole of Empire group and other businesses under the Lie's family name to cater for,so how can I have time to leisurely get married?".

Her father was displeased with her words,"But your uncle and aunts are there to give you the necessary assistance to manage the company?".

Just the mention of her uncle and aunts name made her flare up in a rage,"The two of us are clearly aware that my uncle and aunts are up to no good.They are just greedy for fame and wealth.They don't care about the company's welfare at all so how could you tell me to leave the company to their care?".

Her Father noticed that she was pissed off so he decided to appease her,"Ge'er,you are already twenty-four this year,you have never being in any relationship before not to talk about getting married at the moment.Girls your age are already in a serious relationship or married,I'm not comparing you to them because I know I'm at fault for handing the company over to you at such a young age but you can't blame me for that right?".She knew that her father handing over the CEO position to her was due to the surgery he had to undergo and he could not leave the position vacant for such a long time.At that time when he handed over the company to her,she had just newly returned from acquiring her university education.
